Soon I'll be 60 and yes : Age is just a number. I'm here to prove it. 💪🏽💚
No animals on my plate for 13 years. No toxic people in my life.
Never been fitter. Never been healthier. Never been happier.
People think aging means slowing down.
I think it means showing up differently.
13 years ago I made a choice.
Not a diet. A decision.
And my body has been thanking me ever since.
Here's what I've learned:
→ Your body doesn't know your age. It knows how you treat it.
→ Discipline isn't punishment. It's self-respect in action.
→ It's never too late to start over.
→ Consistency beats intensity, every single time.
→ No toxic people around me — protect your peace like it's your job.
→ The best version of you might still be ahead — not behind.
I'm not chasing youth.
I'm building something better than it.
If I can do this at 60 — rewrite the rules, feel stronger than I did at 30 — so can you.
Whatever your age. Whatever your excuse.
Start today. Keep going tomorrow.
Never give up.

For every time I've been called crazy, every time someone thought I was a weird, for every situation someone tried to make me feel inappropriate or in the wrong place... well... THANK YOU! 🙏🏽
Yes, thank you, because without the bullying, the mockery and those sharp criticisms, perhaps I would never have understood my path.
So... You can love me or hate me, but that has nothing to do with my life!
I find all the answer in #kindness #forgiveness and #gratitude, totally aware that happiness is a choice ... MY CHOICE!

Time doesn't take the music away. It teaches you how to hear it better. 🎶 Walking with my thoughts, one step at a time. Soon I'll turn 60, and I realized that life was never about the destination, it's the dance along the way. 🕊️

Did you know the Baháʼí religion? 🤔🪷No, I'm not in Sydney an this is not the Opera House. 😁

I'm in Delhi, India and this is, the beautiful Lotus temple.

I've to admit I didn't know about Bahá'í religion, I'm so glad to be able to learn new things every day while traveling.

Founded in the 19th century, it’s a global faith built on a beautiful message: the oneness of God, religion, and humanity. It teaches that all major world religions actually share the exact same divine source. 🌍✨

There is no better physical symbol of this belief than Delhi's iconic Lotus Temple! Dedicated on December 24, 1986, this architectural marvel is open to people of all faiths. Step inside and you won't find any idols, pictures, or pulpits—just a serene, open sanctuary where anyone from any background can sit side-by-side in silent unity. 🕊️🤍

JAIPUR 💟 Fancy hotel. Fancy outfit. Still say thank you to everyone! 🙏🏽 I've danced on big stages, slept in small rooms, and eaten dinner standing up. 💪🏽
A place like this I'll never take for granted. Also, I'm taking a lot of photos, so excuse me.🤣

💟 The Wind Palace 💟 Jaipur the pink City! 💟

Hawa Mahal, also known as the "Palace of Winds", was built in 1799 by Maharaja Sawai Pratap Singh. The palace is known for its honeycomb-like façade, featuring numerous small windows and balconies.

Hawa Mahal derives its name from its 953 windows, known as jharokhas, which are arranged in a honeycomb-like pattern. These openings facilitate natural ventilation, helping to keep the interior of the palace cool during the summers. The structure was built in 1799 by the Rajput Emperor Maharaja Sawai grandson of Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh, the founder of the city of Jaipur of Rajasthan.[2] He was so inspired by the unique structure of Khetri Mahal that he built this grand and historical palace.

It was designed by Lal Chand Ustad. Its five-floor exterior is akin to a honeycomb with its 953 small windows called Jharokhas decorated with intricate latticework. The original intent of the lattice design was to allow royal ladies to observe everyday life and festivals celebrated in the street below without being seen. This architectural feature also allowed cool air from the Venturi effect to pass through, thus making the whole area more pleasant during the high temperatures in summer. Many people see the Hawa Mahal from the street view and think it is the front of the palace, but it is the back.

🍂 Welcome to another autumn!🍂 In my 60s I feel stronger, happier, freer and more grateful than ever.💪🏽❤🔥 Last touches of Sardinian sun, salt on my skin, and crystal-clear water at my feet.
Summer doesn't end, it just changes rhythm. Age is not a number on a page, it's how you move, how you breathe, how you show up.
Goodbye, golden season. Hello, new chapter. ☀️🌊
