This project marks our first joint venture since we decided to combine our creative paths, and we have dedicated significant time and effort to bring our vision to life. FIN is a concept for a running shoe sole that was developed at @ecal_ch in collaboration with @on_running. The sole adapts to different running styles. Inspired by the underwater world and the movement of manta rays, the structure of the cavities is designed to allow the sole to flex. By utilizing the fin ray effect, the sole adapts to the runner's foot and provides both cushioning and rebound. The shape of the sole allows it to be produced by extrusion. The use of TPU monomaterial makes it cost-effective, requires little manual labor and is easy to recycle. by @lukasluttgen

Tilt, shift & slide: proud to present the work of the last few years at Passagen 2023 during imm! Alexander Schul and I would like to introduce ourselves as the newly founded office for product design Lüttgen & Schul! Together with works by Sven Lützenkirchen, we will present a selection of our furniture and lighting designs in his studio on Körnerstraße.
