First I would like to start off with a prayer.
Lord, I pray. I mean I forget these feelings and emotions that I've come to understand and know while on this trip. Lord you are amazing and seeing how you work. It's absolutely astonishing and I hope one day I can only be good enough to be a servant for you to follow what you have and to have faith like theirs. I love you and praise you and thank you for this opportunity amen.

These past three weeks have been incredibly challenging, both emotionally and physically. The 10-hour time difference and intense summer heat made it even tougher. Tumaini has grown into something remarkable. It began as a dream for Stanley and Rose 23 years ago in their garage, driven by a desire to help their community. Tumaini supports children who have lost their parents or have AIDS, providing essentials like education, water, food, and clothing while teaching them about God. What started with a small piece of land has now expanded into a nearly full-functioning hospital, a high school, and an elementary school now ranked among the top 15 in the country and 4th in the region. This experience changed my perspective on what faith means. To start colonialism ended only about 60 years ago, yet its influence remains, shaping customs, respect, and daily life. Seeing how Kenyans live and how God moves in their lives was eye-opening, seeing their faith was on a different level. Many think mission trips are about spreading the gospel, but in Kenya, God is already present and has been for generations. We must remember that God is infinite, while our perception of time is finite. Going there meant serving, not being served. Despite lacking basics like water and electricity, they give their best and thank the Lord for all. It’s humbling for Western society. They didn’t ask for money, water, or food—but for prayer, for never-ending prayer. That was the most powerful thing of faith to be shown. It's so amazing to see the joy and faithfulness of another believer who has even less. Hopefully I can have a faith like theirs, and a trust in God, like theirs and be a servant like them.

Lil Summary Update on Life
Started taking Working Out more seriously 🏋️ 11/28/25
Highest Weight: 295lb, Current Weight: 235lb, 06/12/26 Goal Weight: 225lb. Kinda got lackadaisical in January due to all the festivities but then got back on track.
Started doing more or relearning Country Swing thanks to @savannahshayy & delving more into WCS swing. Thanks to @averie.lms22 @kay.ham_ @maggieruthsilverman @morganplusdance 🕺💃
Seeing friends leave, and old friends for a brief second, and making new ones.
Huge accomplishment. Reading the entire Bible for the first time around. 🙌🙏

And most importantly. Surrendering and relying on Christ. Seeing how far I’ve come into life but also knowing it’s somewhat also just starting. I’ve come to love life a whole lot more coming from this perspective. Abiding and hopefully being obedient. Praise God!

Not a political post, but something I would love for you to read and for those who say I don't have long attention spans, or It's too long so I'll get to it later, but later never comes, or those who feel like oh man, just a bunch of hullabaloo, or just don't feel like reading. I would urge you to take a second and please read. It may take 5 minutes, 10 minutes of your time, but what do you have to lose in Reading? What disagreeing, okay then we are all entitled to our own opinions. Don't let laziness stop you from pursuing truth and understanding. Yes, understanding not just reading and then tossing it away but actual understanding. Thank you. by @luke.lin4233

These are just a few favorite college memories. I'm so glad for the last 3 years.

Also sorry about the 20 tag limit. All those who weren't tagged, genuinely y'all mean a lot to me! I hope this next year goes absolutely wonderful as well! Even for the people I had met before semester ended, seriously looking forward to the next year!

I'm so thankful God has put these wonderful human beings in my life to be able to have a relationship with each and every single person to just enjoy college together! Seriously I appreciate everyone here and am so thankful God has been with me through the ups and many downs! Life isn't easy nor is it promised but man God sure has a plan!
