I have heard stories of how passionate the young people of Poland are, but nothing prepared me for last night in Gliwice.
From the promoters, to volunteers, to worship school attendees, to everyone else, They are all hungry for a revival in their Nation.
One highlight was during Oceans, as soon as the song started 6,700 people lifted up a blue shaded card with “Oceans” written on it and waved it around while they worshipped so it looked like a Sea of people. What may seem a little cheesy to the western world was actually Beautiful. They had planned this moment to be a surprise to the team as an expression of appreciation for songs like Oceans and for coming to their country to worship with them.
This moment truly embodies the heart of the People and I know that something is stirring here. Watch this space 🇵🇱

We have had the privilege of visiting some special places over the years, but the Arena in Pula, Croatia would have to be up there as a highlight. But as awesome as the ancient Roman Coliseum was, it was the People of Croatia and surrounding countries that filled the arena with worship, that will not be forgotten. #grateful #awty #notdoneyet #europe23 by @lukeawebb

Well I am not gonna lie, there have been many times where I thought this Tour was never going to happen, even as close as a week ago…
These nights have been truly amazing, hard work, but also a sense of ease, which is the result of surrender and laying it all down.
Amidst everything that is going on, this Tour has really galvanised and UNITED the team like never before. God is restoring and meeting with His PEOPLE.
It has never been about a name or individuals on stage, but just like this photo depicts, our Church and UNITED has always been about the message and LIGHT of Jesus.

ARE WE THERE YET?

With the last few years we have all had and also very mindful of what is happening in Europe right now! The only certainty we have is in Jesus, drawing closer to Him in Worship and Praise. Seven is not just an album release or catchy title, or a gathering of amazing musicians, I believe these songs are Prophetic for The Church, songs of Freedom, songs of Healing, songs of Hope, songs of Life. Which we can all do with a little of that right now. Well done @brookeligertwood @scottligertwood and team, for being obedient and stepping out of your comfort zone, that’s often where we meet Jesus. So instead of “Happy Release Day”, “Happy songs of Freedom, Hope, Life & Healing Day” 🧡 by @lukeawebb

So now you Know!

For many this has been a hell of a year (and a half), and in all the uncertainty one thing remains true… He WILL make a way.
Thank God that He has a plan.
This is the song we all need to sing right now and sing LOUD.

FROM ALL OUR CHAINS
TO ENDLESS PRAISE
THE STORY ENDS IN YOU…

The future starts now… Are you ready?

Even though this week is all about celebrating women with International Women’s Day and Colour Conference we also can’t ignore the heartbreaking news about Sarah Everard in the UK.
No doubt, millions of women around the world have their own story of sexual harassment, abuse and domestic violence and we as a society need to be better, much better, I need to do better.
The argument I have read about this is ‘Not All Men’, and even though that is true, it’s invalid, until harassment of women stops, ‘Some Men‘, is still too many.
Just like we need to continue to do with racism in our world we also need to do with harassment against women.
Make a stand, educate ourselves and Call People Out.. Don’t even accept ‘casual’ sexism, misogyny and harassment.
My commitment as a man and as a father is to teach my son how to respect and honour women.
We must do better. by @lukeawebb
