A few days ago, someone messaged me saying that I post my gym photos to feed my ego 👀
Clearly, they don’t know me and that’s ok.

Because the truth is, I don’t post these photos for anyone else. I post them for me. To remind myself where I’ve come from and where I’m determined to go next.

Fitness isn’t just a physical journey. It’s deeply personal. These two photos may show the same person, but they each tell a very different story. There are struggles, setbacks, sacrifices, self-doubt, and personal battles behind both of them. And most importantly, there’s a person who chose to keep going.

I don’t need everyone to like me. I don’t need everyone to understand me but you will respect the journey I’ve taken to get here.

Sometimes, you have to look back at the person you once were to appreciate the person you’re becoming.

Not for validation.
Not for anyone else.
For me.

If these photos remind even one person that progress is possible, that you can overcome your own hurdles and become stronger than you were yesterday, then they’re worth posting.
