My new film ‘Emily & Keira’s Archive’ follows two photographers as they prepare to put their work on display for their end of year showcase with @stomping.ground.uwe.

This is the second film in my Archive series, where I follow creatives documenting their personality and process within their art. Watch the full film on my YouTube, link in bio.

Having just finished the first year of my filmmaking degree with @uwe_film, I’ve been taking a look back on the projects that I have been involved in since September. I had so much fun taking on 7 roles across 12 different films. Working across everything from directing documentaries to scoring science fiction, editing picture & sound to camera operating, and much more, I have been able to stretch myself and grow so much as a creative.

I’m really looking forward to sharing some of these projects once everything is wrapped up and completed, but for now, here are some behind the scenes pics from a few of the projects over the last 9 months 😄🎬🎉 by @lukebpmedia

‘Emily & Keira’s Archive’ is the second film in my ‘Archive’ mini-documentary series. These films aim to follow around a creative, documenting their personality and process during their creative work.

In this film, Emily (@emmoulden) and Keira (@keiragracephotos) set up their work as part of a photography exhibition called ‘Stomping Ground’ at The Island, Bristol. Watch the film on my YouTube, link in bio.

@keiragracephotos is a photographer & filmmaker who created a short animation called “The Mind Of Dolls” to go on display as part of @stomping.ground.uwe. I documented the set up of her exhibition in my latest film ‘Emily & Keira’s Archive’ which you can watch on my YouTube (link in my bio).

I took my camera to @cushlajg’s birthday celebrations and made a cute little video for her. Everyone say happy birthday Cushla. Let’s pretend this didn’t happen months ago!

Nia’s Archive is a short film about @niahender9, an illustration student based in Bristol. This is the first film in my new “Archive” documentary series.

Having moved to Bristol last year, I have loved getting to know many of the creatives based in the city. Talking to so many brilliant artists has inspired me to start documenting different practices, which in turn has birthed the concept of my “Archive” mini-documentary series. Nia was one of the first people who didn’t do filmmaking that I met, and her vibrant personality made her stand out as someone I had to document during the creative process.
