POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

Over three years ago, Evergreen’s journey began as the midpoint between deeply personal fears and robust theoretical research. It was a seed nurtured by countless hands and an opportunity that taught me so many lessons. I’ve experienced both the thrill and the pain of bringing the film to festival audiences over the last nine months, and I couldn’t be more excited to announce that Evergreen is completing its journey with the world-renowned Sitges Film Festival and the organization that inspired me to become a filmmaker in the first place, the Montclair Film Festival. Evergreen has been a wild ride, and I can’t wait to make it available to the public very soon. Stay tuned.

This film began as fear. A deep and personal fear that was translated into research that was then translated into a manifesto that was then translated into screenplay that was then translated into a performance that was then translated into into digital files and will soon be translated into a finished film.

There is still more work to be done but I could not be more grateful to a talented, creative and professional cast and crew who poured so much into getting this project through pre-production and production. It was truly a dream come true. More to come. by @lukegardinerrr
