What a great night this was with my little man Mason!

I caught up with @jay_cutler91 and Mason got to meet his idol @walshyy07 and @ezra.mam 🙏

All three of these gentlemen are absolute legends and blessed to have experienced this with them!

Was a great night at the @internationalbrawling card with a lot of exciting fights 🙌

Forever grateful to everyone who’s been part of this journey.

Winning the IBF Pan Pacific Championship is something I’ll never forget, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the incredible people in my corner.

A huge thank you to my manager, Angelo Di Carlo, for believing in me from day one and always backing my vision.

To my coach @coach_fiddy, thank you for every early morning, every late night, every lesson, and every ounce of belief you’ve invested in me. This belt belongs to you as much as it does to me.

A massive thank you to my sponsors @coolhedofficial , @roadside_civil , @elitemechbne and especially my major sponsor @soboer_formwork

Your support allows me to chase this dream every single day, and I can’t thank you enough.

To my family, friends, training partners, supporters, and everyone who’s followed my journey—thank you. Every message, every ticket purchased, every word of encouragement has meant more than you know.

This is just the beginning.

🥊 "Normally, if you have one minute of recovery, you put this on and it feels like you have two."

Fresh off a dominant performance, @lukemodini shared exactly what CoolHed brought to his corner on fight night.

When every second between rounds counts, recovery becomes a weapon. According to Luke, CoolHed helped slow everything down, cool everything down, and lower heart rate so he could step back out feeling composed, focused, and ready to go again.

The science supports it. Research shows that targeted head and neck cooling can reduce thermal strain and perceived exertion while helping athletes sustain performance during intense activity (Head, Face and Neck Cooling for Heat Performance, 2022, PMC8800980).

Simple device. Massive impact.

A huge congratulations again to @lukemodini on an outstanding victory and thank you for making CoolHed part of your training, recovery, and fight-night routine. 🧊👑
