A side of #nantucket people don’t know exists!! A quick 6 mile #downwindfoiling is one of the most amazing, and difficult sports out there! Finding that balance with your heart rate averaging around 180bpm while doing everything not to fall is so challenging but so rewarding! Gotta love it!
