🚨 Broken Components was never meant to be an EP.🚨

The original vision was an album, but sometimes life has other plans. Halfway through the project, the laptop that held everything suffered a complete hardware failure. Sessions were lost, ideas disappeared, and months of work came to an unexpected end. Instead of trying to recreate what was gone, I decided to release the tracks that “survived”.

In a way, the title couldn’t be more fitting. Broken Components isn’t just about a broken computer, it’s about unfinished ideas, corrupted files, and finding something worth sharing from the pieces that remained.

Musically, this project sits between uplifting trance and harder dance music. I’ve also taken a different approach to vocals this time around, leaning away from full vocal performances and towards atmospheric acapella fragments, ad-libs, and vocal textures that become part of the production rather than the centrepiece.
