🔥 Fire Show at Château Mandilieu 🔥
One of the most beautiful places I have ever performed with fire.
And this time I have this cool memory as a bonus 📸
Merci infiniment @riviera_artist ❤️

The castle was decorated in the theme of the movie Midnight in Paris for newly Weds and their loved ones. So cool 😍

Find a joy in the little things of every day life is my topic lately.
After long lasting digesting and gynecologic troubles I see that aside of eating well beiing positive, grateful and surrounded by good people is the most important part of life. To get well again 🤍
Let me know in comments 😊 if trying to find every day something positive help you have more joyful life..or not❔️

Hi Flowmies! There is some ELBOW-TO-ELBOW Hoop Inspo ⚪
I was working on and off from spring :)) on improving my elbow passes. Some of these classic moves I tried for the first time even 10 years ago when I was a beginner and put it aside because I couldn't really get it at the time 😃
I particularly fought with bunny ears and duck ins 🫣😁

Now it is time to bring these into my fire flow 🔥
That was my main motivation - get again more into the body in & outs with fire because for me it is a classic which never get old!

Also there is a few spice ups in this collection 💥

Thanks to all who shared TUTs on these moves on YT and all other flowmies for conscious and subconscious inspiration 💫

Special thanks @circletrix
Thanks babe for your dive in bunny ears ( it may be a few years ago you posted there 😅🤣 ) your notes really help to get into it 🙏🤍

And which one was - is crazy to learn for you and why?🤔

Intro to my LED Fans number 👾 I made this one because this song resonates with me a lot even I though I knew this isn't a usual French Riviera style :))
For this I am even more grateful for the trust to put this piece into Comedy show 💜👾
Merci @full_art.event de me faire confiance pour realiser mes idées folles 🙏👾

Usually I wear a more futuristic costume on stage but can be simply black as well 👽

If you want to see a full show you have to book it of course 😃😜

Free flow with my favorite number of hoops ?!? 🟣🟣 Hard to choose actually and it depends on the mood a lot! But probably YES I like twins a lot 😃😇
But I also fancy one hoop flow for rolls and on body tricks 🟣 3 hoops for all the juggling fun and multiple hoops because it is a long-term challenge.

And what about you? Do you have your style or depends on your mood? 🤪

🔥🤍 FANS Inspiration - What do you like more? 🤍🔥
I put together my latest ideas with crossed hands in a wall plane which I often play with fire - they are also quite beginner friendly 😊 + the first move I learnt recently from @zekrom.project thank you guys 🔥 Love it! 🔥

My favorite three-hoop stage sequence ✨ I’ve been polishing it little by little over the years and I feel as I am finally totally satisfied with all the transitions 🙃😃 Time to create something new 🧐?🤗

A short clip is from a recent show in Marseille ✨

Summer ☀️🌊 Playing with some fresh combos I have exploring lately ⭕⭕ It has been a while I played with twins just for myself but sometimes these breaks bring loads of a new inspiration ..even though quite often before I start to flow after a while I feel like I know only a few tricks I do in my shows on a on again😅 And then it all comes like a magic ✨ HA HA
Do you have it the same? 🧐

The flow is from one of my favorite places around ...When I need to relax my head I just walk, walk and watch the underwater life 🐟🫧 Tired legs, happy soul 🙏🌿🌊

Wanna learn 4 HOOP BOX properly? Try these drills 👉
5 effective steps ⬇️
1) NO HOOP DRILL - Balance ▪️Correct position ▪️Stamina
2) One KNEE HOOPing + hinge exit - Never-ending loop
3) FOOT HOOPing left & right loop
4) Important step! KNEE HOOPing + FOOT together
5) 3 HOOPS no knee hooping - to learn in & out with HAND spinning
6) Now you have everything you need to put it all together 🙌

👉 This is in my opinion the simpiest way how to BOX
Then you can try fancier stuff like leg in or combos with other 4 hoop tricks 🙂

Be patient, enjoy the process, have fun 🙏💛

The loops are totally optional - it is just a way I like to play with my hoops...as how I learnt the box itself 🙃

PS: I still use some of these as a warm up before the show.. especially step 1 to warm up by feet 🤗
