late valentine's day post ♥️ better late than never i guess

i think it is FINALLY time to reveal my yor shinobi cosplay 🥺 took me a while to get confident enough to stop keeping this set to myself. that's not the kind of cosplay i usually do and i was a bit scared to share them .. but this is clearly one of my favorite photoshoots ever. @jehane.photographe understood the mood i wanted to go with so well. she delivered pictures in which i like my face without any edits, and that is extremely rare. you're amazing, talented and one of the coolest friends i could wish for :3

i have to admit .. when @kromapic80 first suggested doing the photoshoot inside of montpoupon castle, i wasn’t buying it. the place didn’t inspire me at all. i tried to talk him out of it and i’m actually so glad he didnt listen :) this is by far my favorite set of 2025.
our collaboration went super smoothly and we really understood what each other wanted perfectly!

misa is a project that’s particularly close to my heart. crafting her scythe was a long-held dream but i had never made such a big prop before and it scared the shit out of me. i wasn’t sure photographers would really be interested in the project as misa remains a very ‘mainstream’ (and extremely misunderstood) character even today and i am grateful beyond words to have been able to work with such passionate people on this project.

as strange as it may sounds death note is a manga i really find solace in and being able to show my love for it at my first photocon was one of the best things i could have hoped for.

perfect time to show a new set of miku photos :) i’m really happy with how they turned out, no one would guess just by looking at them that i was absolutely freezing and my hands turned blood red from the cold
i also FINALLY have a new phone (if you saw me this past year you know how on the brink of death mine was) which should make posting on instagram much less of a hassle. maybe i’ll get back to a more regular posting schedule, if not, it’s just laziness talking.

Last time i posted photos from focus was .. 3 months ago?? About time i changed that 🙏
Taking pictures with Shin was a breeze, and fontenay castle was in my opinion one of the coolest places of the event. walking around in that costume was particularly annoying, the hoop skirt is too big, heavy and won’t hold shape properly but i’d say the results were worth the pain.

i was sure overwatch’s release date was on may 28th. my post was already written in my notes, and I MISSED the 10th year mark 💔

happy anniversary to the game that made me the hateful, disgusting, smelly gamer i am today. 🩵

seeing my palanquin d.va brings back so many memories, it was my first photoshoot 🥹 it might not seem obvious since i haven’t posted much overwatch content, but it’s the cornerstone of my life. maybe second only to my cat. there are no words to describe how important this game is to me. i met life-changing people through OW over the years, let out ear-splitting screams while playing wrecking ball, yelled “best ones are on fire”, said a hero was low when it clearly wasn’t (i still do), laughed, cried.. my fbi agent probably lost his mind listening to me play, because these last 9 years wasted on this game were one hell of a rollercoaster.

OW decided my first career path choice. i loved the designs so bad i wanted to be a character artist at blizzard. i’ve explored other paths since then. who knows, maybe life will offer me another way to share my love for overwatch.

i’ve parted ways with most of my OW cosplays but i hope there’ll be many more to come. half of my dream cosplays are overwatch skins, and it pains me to look at my unfinished graffiti tracer and côte d’azur widowmaker gathering dust in my closet since 2020.
this post is the perfect opportunity to tell a bit more about one of my upcoming projects. i’ll be wearing ghostly bride widowmaker for focus cosplay 2026. it’ll be entirely handmade, something i havent done in a very, very long time. it scares me.. but my wife deserves it. widow was my main back in the day, i adore her and i can’t believe i still don’t have her arm tattoo. it’ll happen someday. i stopped playing her bc im a console player and playing widow on a controller is like willingly going to hell.
i love you overwatch. i’ll probably keep playing this nerve-wracking game until the servers shut down for good.

frieren season 2 is out today :) i usually do not pay attention to new seasons coming out and i'm so behind on all of my shows but this time i remembered it !

these will be the last photos of my old frieren cosplay; i started sewing my own costume last year and eventually ended up abandoning the project but decided to give it another try with the new year. frieren is a character that means a lot to me and i wanted to make a cosplay that i'm really proud of. i've improved every element of the costume for an awesome project coming up and i can't wait to show you everything i've been working on!

sometimes i think about it (selling all of my other cosplays and dressing up as dolls for the rest of my life)

whether the end of the year holiday season holds meaning to you, whether you're spending them with family, friends, or on your own, i hope everything is going well! take care <3

what brings me immeasurable joy is that 2025 is finally coming to an end. what a shitty year. every time i go through a terrible year, i tell myself "it was the worst year of my life" and the following one always makes a point to prove me wrong; but i can confidently tell you BOY 2025 was truly out for blood. if god exists he certainly wanted me dead as a part of his plan. things obviously can't get any worse at this point so let's pray for an amazing 2026, to even things out a little bit.

first batch of photos from paris games week :)
it was my first time wearing michiko after years of dreaming about it and waiting for a nice opportunity to cosplay her. i enjoy less and less posting con pictures but i think bruno took some really nice portraits :)
i have so much more cool photoshoot ideas for this character. praying that i will have time to bring them to life in 2026 🙏
