Hey there! 👋 I'm Luis Martinez, Owner of LuMar Real Estate Media, a one-stop-shop for real estate media servicing the Hudson Valley and beyond in New York! 📷

Quick background on me - Be it for shooting live music, events, indie films and a web series, I've always loved being behind the camera.

That being said I started this business likely for many of the same reasons you started your business as an agent!

I wanted to own my own business so I would have more control over my time and the opportunity to build a business for myself my family and friends! 💪

I absolutely love this awesome industry. I get to see amazing homes (and some not so nice ones… 😬 haha) and look forward to building an awesome network of clients that allow me to do something I love for a living! 😍

AND I AM JUST GETTING STARTED! I would love the opportunity to parter with you to create some awesome photos (and maybe a video or 3D tour for your next listing) - just shoot me a DM or book straight in my bio! 🤝 taken in Newburgh, New York by @lumarrealestatemedia

Holy Frijoles! I get to do what I love for a living! For me it started as a way to use skills and gear I had to launch a "cool business" but I honestly had NO idea how much I would love it. 😊

I am someone who likes to do something different each day, so getting to meet all of you awesome agents, see cool homes and take pictures is literally the PERFECT job for me. 🙌

Speaking of that, if you have a listing coming up let's get it BOOKED! 😜 taken in Newburgh, New York by @lumarrealestatemedia

I set up my phone to grab a little behind the scenes content but it also captured me meeting #kellerwilliamsrealty #realestateagent @alesha_slocum

The struggle is real when you have cats that love being the center of attention.

I don't know about you folks but there's not a much classier look than a kitchen with white cabinets and black countertops.

Anyone else agree that this look will never go out of style? taken in Newburgh, New York by @lumarrealestatemedia

Fun fact: When I'm not shooting real estate properties you might find me dressed in medieval or pirate garb at a local renaissance faire ! 😊 taken in Newburgh, New York by @lumarrealestatemedia
