🩷🤸‍♀️HAPPY NATIONAL GYMNASTICS DAY!!!🩷🤸‍♀️ Gymnastics has taught me dedication, respect, confidence, and so much more! It has also brought so many amazing people and opportunities into my life, that I am so grateful for! I haven’t done gymnastics for that long (comparatively), this is my 5th year in the sport! I am where I never thought I would be, doing things I never thought I could, and I owe almost all of it to my coach @j.a.jetkids! Thank you so much, for everything you do for me! You do not know how greatful I am for you! You have taught me so much in this sport! Mentally and physically, you have helped me when I have a tough day and celebrated my wins with me! There are no words that describe how grateful I am for you! And I hope you never go a day without thinking I’m not! And to @lizzy.gymrat having a coach who is once a gymnast means you understand the parts of the sport I don’t always know how to explain! The pressures, fears, frustration, big goals, and emotions that come with loving it so much thank you for being somebody I can talk to cry to, laugh with, and trust! You’ve become my sounding board my safe place and like a second mom to me! I am so grateful you both care so much about not only the gymnast I am becoming, but the person I am becoming as well! Happy national gymnastics day!🤸‍♀️ #gym4life #nationalgymnasticsday #traininsaneorremainthesame #2031 by @lumber_lady23
✨ 15 YEARS SOBER. ✨ Sobriety has given me a life I never could have imagined! The gift of being present, loving my family, raising my children, and creating memories I truly cherish. I’m grateful for the strength, growth, and second chances this journey has given me. Most of all, I’m grateful to be here! I also want to thank everyone who has been along this journey with me💖Those who have supported me, encouraged me, believed in me, and stood by my side through every high and low. Your love and support have meant more than I can ever express. 15 years sober, and forever grateful. 🙏💖 #15YearsSober #SobrietyAnniversary #OneDayAtATime #RecoveryIsPossible #Grateful by @lumber_lady23
