How it works:
1️⃣ Open ProteinSnaps and tap Snap.
2️⃣ Take a photo of your meal.
3️⃣ The AI looks at what's on the plate and gives you an ESTIMATE of calories, protein, carbs and fats.
4️⃣ The meal goes into your log, and your daily totals update.

These are estimates, not lab measurements, so treat them as a quick, consistent starting point instead of weighing and searching every ingredient.

💡 Practical tip: shoot from straight above in good light, with the whole plate in frame and foods spread out instead of stacked. Sauces, oils and hidden ingredients are hard for any photo to see, so for mixed or saucy dishes you can always log the meal manually instead.
