Where’s your vitamin C serum on this chart? 01 and 02 are fresh. 03 is worth a closer look. 04 and 05 have oxidised. The 10-second check: 1. The colour. Most start clear or pale. 2. The smell. Sharper or more metallic than the day you opened it is another sign. 3. The open-jar symbol. The 6M or 12M on the box is how many months it is meant to last once opened. Pure L-ascorbic acid reacts with air, light and heat, and that is what turns it orange. Ours is 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), a form that resists the browning pure L-ascorbic is known for. #vitaminc #vitamincserum #skincaretips by @lumiceskin
You didn’t forget how to do your makeup. If it pills, slides or sits heavy by lunch, look at the layer under it first. A sticky serum underneath can make makeup pill and sit heavy. Ours is 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), and it layers under SPF and makeup. Three drops, sixty seconds, then SPF. What’s the first thing you change when your makeup stops sitting right? #makeupover50 #makeuptips #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
It might not be the foundation. It might be the minute before it. What goes on first decides how everything on top sits. A sticky serum underneath can make makeup pill and sit heavy. Ours is built weightless: three drops of 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), sixty seconds, then makeup and SPF straight over. What does the minute before your makeup look like? #makeupover50 #morningskincare #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
Your bathroom shelf is doing too much. Seven steps, four half-used serums and a morning that takes twenty minutes. Ours is one bottle with one active: 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid). Three drops on clean skin, sixty seconds, then moisturiser and SPF. How many products are on your shelf right now? #simpleskincare #skincareover50 #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
One for your mornings, one for hers. The Morning Set is two bottles: one to keep, one to give. Each is 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid). Three drops each morning, then moisturiser and SPF. Keep one by your sink. Give the other to the friend you swap every tip with. Who taught you your first skincare step? #skincareover50 #giftideas #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
More makeup. Worse results. When makeup stops sitting right, the fix usually feels like more: more primer, more powder, a new foundation. Look at the layer underneath first. A sticky serum underneath can make makeup pill and sit heavy. Ours is 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), and it layers under SPF and makeup. What’s the last thing you added to your routine? #makeupover50 #matureskin #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
If your makeup rolls into little balls by mid morning, look at the layer under it. It’s easy to blame the foundation, or buy a new primer. But a sticky serum underneath can make makeup pill and sit heavy. Ours is built weightless: 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), three drops, sixty seconds, then makeup straight over. What have you tried so far? #makeupover50 #matureskin #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
Eight hours of sleep. Still ‘you look tired.’ It might not be your sleep. Dull skin can read as tired, even after a full night’s sleep. Three drops of 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) on clean skin each morning, for skin that looks brighter. Then moisturiser and SPF. When did someone last ask if you were tired? #skincareover50 #morningskincare #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
If people keep asking if you’re tired, it might not be your sleep. So the concealer goes on thicker, and the question keeps coming. Dull skin can read as tired. Three drops of 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid) on clean skin each morning, for skin that looks brighter. Then moisturiser and SPF. What do you reach for first on a morning like that? #skincareover50 #morningskincare #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
Fine at 7. Cakey by 11. When makeup goes cakey, the foundation gets the blame and gets replaced. Look at the layer under it first: a sticky serum underneath can make makeup pill and sit heavy. Ours is 10% Vitamin C (3-O-Ethyl Ascorbic Acid), and it layers under SPF and makeup. Three drops, sixty seconds, then SPF. What time does your makeup start to move? #makeupover50 #matureskin #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
The last of our 13 ingredients is fragrance. The serum is lightly fragranced, and it says so on the label. We would rather you hear it from us. Lumicé Vitamin C Glow Serum. #skincareingredients #ingredientlist #vitamincserum by @lumiceskin
