Knowledge grows when it's shared, not when it's hidden...a simple "I thought you should know this" can change someone's future. Information is free!!!

Dear Me,

Happy Birthday ✨🪅to the one who has survived storms in silence.
To the one who kept standing even when no one noticed how heavy life felt.
To the one who learned to comfort others, even when his own heart was breaking.

Today isn’t about how much money I have or how many people remember me.
It’s about me my growth, my courage, my quiet strength, and the gentle light that refuses to go out no matter how dark it gets.

I may not have everything I wish for right now, but I still have hope.
I still have dreams that are alive in me.
I still believe that better days will come because I’ve made it through so much already.

I am learning to love myself even when life feels hard.
I am learning to rest, not quit.
I am learning that my value isn’t in what people say or do for me it’s in who I am: strong, kind, creative, and worthy of love.

So this year, I choose peace.
I choose to believe in small beginnings.
I choose to be proud of myself for surviving when I could have given up.

Happy 21st Birthday to me. 🤴🏽🎂❤️
I deserve love, healing, and every beautiful thing coming my way.

With love,
❤️Me

Self love is difficult to navigate especially because you often feel ashamed when you struggle to find it within yourself. You see everyone on social media and you feel sad or guilty that you are not by @lumie_____
