26.2 Miles. Done
Officially a Marathoner
Beyond grateful today 🙏

Mile 19 and beyond were hard AF, but I kept going.

That's the lesson:
- Keep going
- Keep the faith
- Keep your head up

I couldn't help but shed a few tears hearing my family’s voice messages as they cheered me on during those last few miles 🥹

Wild to think that just a little over a year ago, I hadn’t even imagined running a 10K… and today I crossed a marathon finish line.

To my friends and family: thank you for pushing me, inspiring me, and believing in me.

4 half marathons, a few 5Ks and 10Ks later… we made it here. 😮‍💨

Thank you Lord! God is goood by @luminarylui

Founders, do you have a repeatable sales process or does everything live in your head?

$If you’re like me – you prefer things to get done correctly and not just fast. so now let’s apply this to when you’re interviewing and onboarding a new sales rep Why spend weeks and weeks interviewing and going through all that time just to have your rep churn before they get their first quarter in This is where a fractional sales leader comes in. If you’re too busy wearing 1000 hats and your business – consider bringing on a sales director to help on board, train, retain your reps #leadership #highticketsales #salesteam by @luminarylui$

Stop neglecting this..

Are your reps burning your leads by giving up waaay too early?

If you’re reviewing calls on a daily/weekly basis you should be able to uncover this

Then train daily/weekly to prevent it moving forward
