There is something beautiful about slowing life down long enough to remember what really matters. A boat. Open water. Endless laughter. Watching Märtha at the wheel, completely in her element, is one of our favorite sights. She has a way of making every journey feel effortless. The greatest luxury isn’t where you are. It’s who you’re sharing the moment with. Grateful for dear friends, deep conversations, fresh air, and another day collecting memories that will stay with us long after the sun has set. Here’s to friendship, adventure, and letting life carry you exactly where you’re meant to be. #happydays #boatinglife What makes you feel this way? by @luminous_jeng
Sunkissed 2026. Good people. House music. Endless Oslo summer. Some days just hit different. What’s your favorite thing about summer? by @luminous_jeng

Skin care for your face — calm for your soul ✨ Because beauty should feel this good 🌿 by @luminous_jeng
I recently received a Kundalini activation session with Anniken, and I’m so grateful for the experience. She came to my home to make sure I felt safe, relaxed and comfortable, and from the moment she arrived I could feel how calm, warm and grounded she is. She has a very professional way of guiding you through everything – what to expect, what to avoid, and how to let the process unfold naturally. I really appreciated how she took the time to explain both before and after the session, without rushing anything. During the treatment I dropped into a deep state of relaxation. It was incredibly grounding. I had a lot on my mind beforehand, and it felt like the noise in my head finally settled. The days after the session, I noticed a soft calmness within me. I felt grounded. This experience genuinely humbled me. It felt like being guided closer to a quieter, clearer version of myself. I would absolutely recommend Anniken to anyone who is curious about Kundalini work or wanting to connect more with their inner, higher self. She truly knows what she’s doing and holds the space beautifully. by @luminous_jeng
