my paradise, surrounded by nature, my home.

moments in the garden feel so grounding & overflows my being with gratitude for this earth. by @luna.spadeaa

Everyday… I pamper myself with this oil my mama made 🩷

Since I was a little girl, she would infuse oils with Calendula flowers & would give me full body massages before bed 🥹

How do you like our new violet glass packaging?

Designed specifically for storing light-sensitive natural formulations 🌼

Compared with amber glass, this dark violet glass filters much more of the visible-light spectrum, which can contribute to oxidation and changes in botanical oils, color, and aroma.

Pure, simple, botanical. 🌿

Our Zen Rollers are made with calendula-infused almond oil, vitamin E, and a high-quality essential oil blend, gentle enough to become an “everywhere ritual.”

Face, lips, neck, chest, pulse points, wherever you need a little moment of care!

A little ritual, wherever you go. 🌅

Our Zen Roller was made to travel with you, easy to keep in your bag or pocket and reach for whenever you want.

Uplift your senses, reset,
& return to the moment.

A little boost for mood + confidence. ✨

The botanical aroma helps uplift my mood, calms my anxiety, awaken the senses, and bring me back into my confidence.

A tiny ritual that shifts the energy 🌞

AROMATHERAPY FOR MOOD + MIND 🌿

ROSE 🌹
Soft, comforting + uplifting. Rose is often used in aromatherapy to inspire feelings of openness, self-love and confidence.

LAVENDER 💜
Calming, grounding + soothing. Lavender helps create a sense of ease, making it perfect for moments when you want to slow down and reset.

“Beloved” a devotional song that inspired my bhakti path since I was a little girl.

Written the year before my birth, @shyamdasfoundation & my father @johnmcdowellmusic created such a sweet collection of bhajans & compositions, called “Beloved Chants”

I have begun recording my first album, as a tribute to those who’ve graced my path of bhakti & chanting to the divine ♥️

Grateful my parents were there, drumming & dancing in support of my devotional path 🤍

Captured my first kirtan I lead in this space, some melodies came through & others are inspired by my bhakti family, near & far.
