✨”Welcome to The Threshold of The Golden Age” (A pre-eclipse/solstice portal daydream download & message transcription from Source Energy to the Conscious Creators)...

Most of my close friends (and even those floating in the outer circles of my friendship and acquaintance field) are creators. I’ve been realizing lately that I’m drawn to people who have connected to and stay in constant contact with the sacred source of creative energy.

I’m drawn to people who create music, make medicine, breathe songs into existence, dance the sacred vibrations through…I am attracted to people who create space with silence, people who create beauty in their homes & joy in their hearts…I’m magnetized to people who create energy that transforms into experiences ~moments of inspiration that can be shared with others. I’m energized by people who understand how to cultivate and harness energy for the collective. I’m inspired by creative expression and the uncensored, unfiltered vulnerability of trust it requires.

It seems that our ability to create & be co-creators of our reality is one of our uniquely powerful gifts as humans & one that might serve us well to remember in this moment. These thoughts are moving through me today as I feel compassion & gratitude in my heart for all of the artists (visual/culinary/healing, et al), the musicians, writers, dancers, composers, all curators of beauty and hope who have been deemed “non-essential” by an invisible force once named “The Powers that BE.”

And just before anger & sadness engulf me, my guides step in to say, “Take a breath…this is the beginning (again) of The Golden Age and the creators will lead the way.”

Then they remind me that the source of the sacred creative energy rides through on our BREATH. And that this is well known by the Powers that Once Were. They remind me to keep breathing deeply and to learn how to move the breath through in a conscious way. They remind me to remember. They remind me to show others so that they too remember.

2025 was ALL THE THINGS & I drank it ALL up…every last drop. Looks like my theme for the year was “FAMILY” (with the ever present subtitle “Falling in Love”)

“Family” is the web of support and love that holds me safe. I’m grateful to be part of this living web of love and I cherish my assigned role as granddaughter, daughter, sister, tia, niece, cousin, starsib, guardian, steward & fairy soul-mama.

Thank you, family of origin.
Thank you, extended family.
Thank you, star-family.
Thank you, medicine family.
Thank you, tall standing family.
Thank you, stone family.
Thank you, grandmother moon.
Thank you, grandfather sun.

Love is a state of being, not something to fall in and out of…I’m still remembering this.

Last night will undoubtedly be a top memory of 2025 & a needed reminder to sit in a field & just stare at the sky with a good friend from time to time.

My friend & co Aurora enthusiast “Em” & I have been nerding out over CMEs, Bzs, solar wind speeds, and the Kp index for the past year. These are a few of the key factors that determine if conditions are favorable for an Aurora. After spending a year texting each other about potential solar storms, we finally decided it was time to post up in the middle of a field and hope to see our first “Waawaate” together.

We met just after sunset, found our viewing spot in a dark field, positioned ourselves facing north and waited. It was a crisp 35 degrees & the sky was perfectly clear. The Big Dipper looked SO BIG (Em explained why & I was thrilled to learn something new). I felt like a kid~ in awe and wonder of the immensity of space. “I need to look at stars more often,” I noted.

Around AN HOUR into staring intently at the sky, we began to see a FAINT shimmer of light on the horizon..intermittently it “danced” and slowly, ever so slowly, in waves…it became brighter. We prayed out loud to the sky, “Waawaate, come out Waawaate!”.

About 3 hours in (my fingers were going numb), Em stood & began jumping up and down- “Here she comes!” Pillars of white began pulsating across waves of a dark pink and glowing green sky. The spirits were having a dance.

I’m sharing these details in part to record this sweet moment in time and also for perspective. I had friends message me today and say “I looked outside and didn’t see anything.” If you want to see the Waawaate, I recommend finding someone who wants to learn about the sky with you…a friend who will sit in the middle of a field for hours with you. At worst, you’ll have spent some quality time with a friend outdoors under a starry sky…and at best, the spirits will come out to dance for you one night.

Season changes are potent portals…less mystically put, a chance to reflect and reset. For time eternal, cultures throughout the world have marked these points of the year with ceremony and celebration.

During this weekend’s Equinox celebration, we were reminded that these ways of honoring the earth’s rhythms are for ALL beings as we are all Native to Earth. In this era that begs us to feel other, or be divided, it feels helpful to create ways (and time) to remember what we have in common and what unites us as human beings as well as celebrate our individual uniqueness.

I share these moments from my beautiful weekend in nature with some incredibly special humans in hopes it sparks something in you. Wishing myself and all of you a heartfelt purposeful pause to reflect and where needed, redirect. Keep going and remember to rest! 🙌🏼🌎🍂🤍 by @lunasuara

On Darkness, Silence, Fire & Song…

The Darkness showed us to trust what we know without seeing.

The Silence reminded us to listen.

The Fire spoke to the beauty of tending lovingly to the sacred.

The Song wove through it all to remind us~ we deserve to be loved.

What an incredibly beautiful & often challenging time to be alive. If you’re reading this, thank you. Thank you for being curious and thank you for being whatever you’re being out in the world. The planet needs your exact and unique contribution!

The expression “it takes a village” seems more true than ever…As humanity hurls with great acceleration into the future, it seems that the key to survival will be slowing down long enough to remember…remember the ways of the first people…remember the rhythms of nature…remember that we are spiritual beings having a temporary physical experience ~ and in so doing…Remember who we are.

In yoga we say “Satya” which is often translated as “Truth”. Around the sacred fire, I’ve heard The Elders call it “The Great Mystery”…

It’s the energy that propels my explorations, my curiosity, my desire to listen more closely to nature, to my elders and to my heart and to share what I have seen and heard.

I don’t have all the answers, but I’ve been shown the way into The Great Mystery and it is there, we meet our soul’s true essence.

I’ve been a student of PLANT TEACHERS & ANCESTRAL MEDICINES for about 20 years now. I’ve stayed relatively quiet and private with regard to this part of my healing journey, in part because I’m a somewhat private person and in part because it’s a realm that is at best misunderstood & at worst very often looked down upon. What I see happening alongside the proliferation and “legalization” of some really beautiful plant allies has me concerned enough to speak up.

Often times, what we are interpreting as negative aspects of things like psilocybin (🍄), or other organic heart-opening, consciousness-expanding and neuro-regenerative substances is really just a reflection of the abuse, misuse & lack of respect and reverence for these sacred organisms creating an unfortunate DISTORTION.

I’m responding to a call from these ancient allies to heal my own relationship with nature and in so doing, learn to help others do the same.
