For this Salt Lake City café, we got to bring our design perspective to a commercial space. Today we wanted to you walk through a little of the process behind the work.

From the initial vision and mood, to pulling materials together, studying the space, refining the plans and visualizing the direction, every step is about making sure the design feels cohesive, intentional and true to the experience we want people to have in the space.

A little peek into how we think, plan and design at Lund Haus Studio. 🤎

We’re big on spaces that feel collected, personal, and a little unexpected. Styling is never just about making a room look pretty. It’s about layering in the things, textures, and pieces that make the space feel like you.

Just busy making your home unique to you. 🤎

Is your home making your life feel easier?

The best interiors aren’t just beautiful. They’re thoughtfully designed around the way you actually live, with spaces that function effortlessly and still feel elevated.

Because luxury is being able to walk into your home and feel instantly at ease.

If your space isn’t working for you anymore, let’s change that.

A transformation that made the whole home feel more like them.

We wanted this space to feel warm, layered, personal, and collected rather than overly designed. Every room and detail was considered together, from the kitchen and dining area to the fireplace, cabinetry, lighting, and styling.

Book a free consult to see where we can transform your space. It is amazing what happens when all of those little decisions come together.

A little bit of nostalgia, a little bit of old-world charm, and a whole lot of intentional design. 🤎

This dining room was designed around the idea of bringing something meaningful from the past into a home that feels completely its own. The apothecary-inspired cabinet adds storage, character, and that collected-over-time feeling that makes a space feel personal rather than perfectly staged.

A before & after of our most recent project, let us know what you think.

For The Sabin Sanctuary, we wanted the home to feel collected, warm, and deeply personal without losing the function a family actually needs every day. Natural walnut, rich green tile, vintage pieces, layered art, and plenty of storage brought the personality forward while making the kitchen and living spaces work harder.

Luxury doesn’t have to mean precious. Sometimes it looks like a kitchen that can actually be lived in, a pantry where everything has a place, and a home that feels more like you with every detail.

The Sabin Sanctuary 🍃 Our newest project feels like the kind of home you’d find tucked away with a little history, a lot of character, and just the right amount of magic.

Warm walnut cabinetry, deep green tile, natural stone, sculptural lighting, and layered vintage-inspired details come together to create a home that feels collected rather than decorated.

This is moody, warm, functional luxury at its best, and we’re only giving you a little taste for now, but there is plenty more to come.

A little glimpse into a sourcing day with our clients 🤎

Before the final selections are made, we spend time looking, touching, comparing, and figuring out what actually feels like them. From appliances and lighting to fabrics, finishes, and those unexpected pieces that make a space feel personal, the sourcing process is where a lot of the design magic starts.

No pressure. Just good spaces, good finds, and getting a better sense of what our clients love.
