✊ Record-Breaking 10K Donation 🩷

From October 1st to the end of last week, our Power in Pink: Sweat for a Cause campaign brought the community together for a greater purpose!

With your support, we were able to raise over $10,000 for Cancer Care Manitoba research. 💗

Hello, 40! 🥂✨

What a year it’s been! I ran my first full marathon, took on the Popeye’s Ultra, pushed myself beyond limits I never thought possible.

But behind all those accomplishments, there were struggles too. A lot of changes, moments of uncertainty, missing my family, and times when I felt like something was missing.

So I decided to challenge myself. Not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. Maybe I was looking for something, or maybe I just needed to remind myself who I am and what I’m capable of.

And somewhere between the long runs, the hard days, the tears, the laughter, and the people who showed up for me, I started finding pieces of myself again.

Turning 40 feels different than I expected. I don’t have everything figured out, and that’s okay. But I’m proud of the woman I’m becoming, the things I’ve overcome, and the courage I’ve found along the way.

I’m entering this new decade with a grateful heart, a stronger mind, and a reminder to myself that it’s never too late to rediscover who you are.

You definitely have a way of finding yourself in these kinds of challenges! 🩷 Almost 60km

The Popeye’s Ultra was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done, physically and mentally, but WOW, what an incredible experience!

There were moments I questioned what I was doing, moments I struggled, and moments I’ll never forget.

I can’t thank everyone enough who helped make this happen. From the people behind the scenes to everyone who ran, volunteered, showed up to cheer us on, or simply sent a message of support. You have no idea how much it meant!

And to everyone who ran by my side, THANK YOU! I couldn’t have done it without you!

What an experience. What a community. This one will stay with me for life! 🩷✨

What a day! Team Overtime took on the first 15K of the Popeye’s Ultra in support of breast cancer awareness, and we were so happy to be part of it.

Our Popeyes Queen, Luise ran all four legs—over 60K! We started the day with her, and of course we had to be there at the finish to cheer her on.

She believed she could. We knew she could.

Luise, look what you brought together. So proud of you, and so grateful we got to share this day with you.

Thank you to everyone who ran, cheered and helped make it happen.
