IN SPIRAL IS BETTER - ✨ TECNICA DI FLOORWORK DI DANZA CONTEMPORANEA🌪️ Il Flying Low è una tecnica creata da David Zambrano. La transizione fluida in spirale da e verso il pavimento è il cuore di questa tecnica di floorwork. Promuove un uso olistico del corpo, adattandola alle capacità fisiche uniche di ciascun danzatore.🔥 La classe inizia con un riscaldamento fisico, pensato per preparare il corpo alle esigenze della tecnica. Seguiranno una serie di esercizi mirati ad aumentare la consapevolezza corporea e tricks per esplorare nuove possibilità di movimento. I focus saranno: la mobilità articolare, le spirali naturali del corpo e lo studio delle curve nello spazio. In un crescendo di ritmo, la classe culminerà in coreografie dinamiche, il principio fisico della conservazione dell’energia meccanica.🤸‍♂️ La mia ricerca continua, mira a integrare elementi acrobatici nel vocabolario di Flying Low, arricchendo la gamma espressiva di questa tecnica.💫 Preparati a danzare! CATCH ME! - 🤸‍♂️ TECNICA DI PARTNERING/CONTACT DI DANZA CONTEMPORANEAIn questo workshop di partnering, esploreremo modalità di movimento pensate per instaurare fiducia e agevolare la danza in coppia e in gruppo.🔥 Dopo un riscaldamento approfondito, ci immergeremo nello studio del contatto con il partner, lavorando su disequilibri, uso del baricentro e praticando lift e salti più acrobatici.🌀 Utilizzeremo pratiche ispirate ad arti marziali, tango e contact improvisation, con un approccio basato sulla struttura ossea e non solo sulla forza muscolare.🎭 Una parte del workshop sarà dedicata all’improvvisazione, concludendo eventualmente con una coreografia.⚡ Workshop aperto a chi ha esperienza nel movimento: danza, urban, arti circensi, acrobatica, parkour, teatro fisico. 2025 has been an incredibly full year, alive in every possible shade.I am learning that even alongside big achievements, like the second edition of @sic.dance.festival , what truly matters is not so much what you do, but how you do it — that’s what defines a person.I am learning that real love is not afraid, and reveals itself most clearly in difficult moments.That the people who truly care about you do not leave you alone.I am learning that limits are not something negative — they are good, fertile, and alive.Every day, we learn love, compassion, and the acceptance of our own limits, as well as those of others.#sicdancefestival2025 #contemporarydance #transformationthroughmovement by @lusciere

🎤🌀The festival opened with an evening talk, where some of our teachers @lucija_romanova @vasko_nasonov @akirazrc @rosselladicuonzo, @defilippiannamaria, performers and resident artists @chiara_fers @safirehikari @florianprz_ and the director @lusciere, shared the work they would unfold throughout the weeks and the festival mission, in a conversation moderated by Cecilia Fontanesi @cecilia_fontanesi.
