Small town Italian girl. No English. No connections. No backup plan.

Built a brand during my studies. Took it to 68 stockists across Italy.

Then hit the ceiling of what I could build alone.

So I sold it and started again from a sales assistant job. I chose it, as I had to learn how the machine worked from the inside.

This is the story I never fully told.

And it’s exactly what I now help founders build.

If you are building something real and hitting a ceiling, this is where we start.

LussoSphere at the Rarely Heard Voices #genz And Rarely Heard Women Retail Summit .

As a proud member of the Advisory Board & Allies, I was honoured to be part of two extraordinary moments in one inspiring day at the #thesoho_hotel.

The morning brought together 100 passionate GenZ Retailers, sharing bold ideas and fresh perspectives for the future of retail; in collaboration with @fashionretailacademy

The afternoon featured the Rarely Heard Women event, a powerful gathering of over 100 #csuite leaders and founders, sharing open, honest conversations about the realities of leadership in business, addressing challenges, embracing innovation, driving growth, and sharing strategic insights gained along the way.

Huge thanks to the organisers, speakers and attendees for making this such a meaningful experience.

Looking forward to the next chapter in #nyc

Unsolicited advice is never free. The founder pays for it.

Building something attracts commentary from people who have never carried the risk.
It arrives confident and it usually arrives before there is anything real to judge.

Advice from someone who has actually built behaves differently. It’s specific. It costs them something to give. That one deserves your time.

The skill is telling the two apart, because every borrowed doubt delays a decision that was already sound.

In a founder-led business, delay is the most expensive line item you have.
It shows up in the numbers long before it shows up anywhere else.

Weigh the opinion by what the person has built. by @lussosphere

Time is limited and when you spread yourself across too many things at once, you make everything a little bit better and move the needle on nothing.

You never reach the level of success you crave and deserve.

So decide what your number one priority is.
Put it at the top of the list and don’t let anything get in its way until it’s done.

That single decision, what comes first, is where the LussoSphere method begins.
Because a brand doesn’t accelerate by doing more, it accelerates by knowing exactly what to protect at the top of the list, and building everything else around it.

The most expensive word in my business was “almost.”

When I ran Kito, it looked like it was working.
The product was highly admired. Celebrities were wearing my jewellery.
From the outside everything looked incredibly good.

On the inside what I could not see was that I was reacting to my own business, not at all leading it.

I planned it in my head, never on paper.
I used to read my numbers as a record of what had already happened, not a forecast of what opportunities I might have created.

Everything felt urgent, so at times I discounted to feel more secure and gave away margin just for lack of planning.

It took me the next 15+ years working inside some of the most established luxury Houses to learn the foundations of brand scaling.

“Almost” is not a failure. Almost is your business ceiling.
And it was what kept me in survival mode, month after month, while the money quietly left through every place that was only “almost right”.

Seeing that clearly is the hardest and most valuable thing a founder can do.
It is why I built the LussoSphere method where ‘The Cost of Almost’ represents one block and this is to show you exactly where your business leaks its performance and how to win it back, consistently.

This was me when I had my own business, Kito, born in Italy, before the deliberate move to London to grow it.

Excited for the growth. Overwhelmed by the inconsistency.

Wondering if I built a business or a cage.
The nights I ran numbers I didn’t want to see.
The fear of hiring wrong again.
Missing bedtime because the client’s emergency didn’t check the clock.
Being the only one in the room who knew how close we were to the edge.

No one taught me it was safe to say that out loud.

So instead, I just said:

“The business is good.”

After years running large scope luxury brands, I learned the founders who last aren’t the ones who stop feeling the fear, they’re the ones who name it.

Naming what’s actually happening is the fastest way to loosen its grip on you.

That’s the ‘Foundation block’ of LussoSphere Method, it stands at the base of everything I teach: awareness before strategy.

Why do people stay stuck even when they know exactly what to do?

It’s not laziness. The ‘familiar’ just feels safe, even when the ‘familiar’ is the problem.

The person who wants to lose weight knows: eat less, move more. The one burnt out at work knows it’s time to leave. Most times we all know the answer.

What stops us is that the ‘old thing’ is automatic. The ‘new thing’ means sitting with the doubt that you might have been wrong all along, with no proof the new you will even work.

Change doesn’t ask for effort.
It asks you to question the habits you trust and stay uncomfortable for a while.

The people who grow aren’t smarter.
They’re just willing to feel awkward long enough for things to improve.

Brands get stuck the same way. The founder keeps doing what built the business, long after it’s the thing capping it.

This is part of Pillar 2 of the LussoSphere Method, “understanding why you’re stuck before you try to fix it”.

Save this for the day you almost talk yourself out of changing, send it to someone who’s been stuck too long. by @lussosphere

These are the 20 things to do before wasting another year.

1. Plan your week.
2. Build a morning routine you’ll stick to.
3. Learn the skill you keep delaying.
4. Journal for 5 minutes a day.
5. Take solo walks to reset.
6. Do one hard thing every day, on purpose.
7. Get calm enough to see what’s actually wrong before you try to solve it.
8. Rest on purpose before you burn out.
9. Build one weekly rhythm and protect it like a gym routine.
10. Say “no” without guilt.
11. Build a high income skill.
12. Track income and expenses weekly.
13. Spend real time with people who matter.
14. Cut off people who drain you.
15. Step back once a week and look at the whole, not the daily fires.
16. Learn to read your numbers as a compass, not as a report.
17. Build something in public.
18. Audit your year every 90 days.
19. Become someone you respect when no one’s watching.
20. Last but not least, make yourself proud. by @lussosphere

Speed is the wrong thing to look for in brand strategy.

At LussoSphere, we don’t start with solutions.

We start by observing. Listening. Understanding what happens between the strategy on paper and the experience people actually have.

Because that’s usually where the answers are.

It’s the space between what a founder believes their brand communicates and what customers actually feel.

The space where trust is built or quietly lost. Where opportunities disappear without anyone noticing.

Where growth begins to slow.
That’s why diagnosis takes time.

A meaningful brand transformation starts with understanding the real problem, not treating the visible symptoms.

We also don’t believe one person should have all the answers. Every business deserves the right expertise at the right moment.

So we bring together the people, perspectives and capabilities needed to support each founder’s journey, while building a way of working that continues long after we’re gone.

Our role isn’t to make businesses dependent on us. It’s to leave them clearer, stronger and better equipped to grow.

Because brand strategy isn’t just about how a business looks. It’s about brand positioning that makes sure people experience what the brand truly stands for.

Follow for honest takes on brand strategy, positioning and customer experience.

5 uncomfortable questions you need to ask yourself to actually succeed in life or bussiness.

Nobody talks about how most of personal growth happens in silence, in the questions you avoid asking yourself.
Save this one and sit with it.

1. Am I actually working, or just thinking about working?

Planning feels productive. It looks like progress without the risk. But execution is where the discomfort lives, and discomfort is where the growth is. Most days, which one am I really choosing?

2. What am I avoiding because it scares me?

Rejection. Failure. Being seen and judged. If I’m honest with myself, there’s one thing I keep pushing to tomorrow.
What is it, and why does fear get to decide my schedule?

3. If nothing changed for the next five years, would I be okay with my current habits?

Not my goals. Goals are easy to love.
I mean my daily actions, the boring repeated ones that quietly build the life I’ll be living in five years. Would I be proud of where they take me?

4. Am I blaming my circumstances to protect my comfort?

My past. My environment. My timing.
All of it can be real and still be an excuse.
What responsibility am I quietly avoiding so I don’t have to change?

5. Do I want success, or do I just like the idea of it?

Because the work is repetitive, lonely and boring most days.

The version of success that lives in my head skips all of that.
Am I willing to stay in the unglamorous part anyway?

Self discipline isn’t motivation.
It’s the willingness to keep going when the excitement is gone.

Which of these five hit the hardest?
Tell me below.

Most founders kill their brand trying to save it.

Growth feels slow. So they panic and rip up the one thing that was finally working.

Here’s the truth: consistency isn’t stillness. It’s leverage.

Pillar 3 of the 7 Pillars of Brand Mastery is Build the Rhythm.

It’s the difference between change and reinvention.

Change builds on what’s working. Reinvention starts from zero, every time. Most founders don’t know which one they’re doing.

There are six more pillars. Each one is quietly costing founders growth right now.

If your brand feels a little scattered lately, the link in bio takes you to a free call.
