Today marks 2 years married and 7 years altogether with the woman of my dreams💕

When I first met you in the winter of 2019 in Lansing, MI I felt something I had never felt before. All of those prayers I prayed over the years for my future wife, and in walked you. To know you is to know what it means to feel seen, appreciated, heard, accounted for, loved, and supported.

From meeting in our church home of Epicenter of Worship in Lansing, MI; to sharing our first kiss on this exact day 7 years ago atop the Statue of Liberty; to navigating a global pandemic; the many trips back and forth from NYC to Michigan; to watching you go back to school to earn another degree; to having our dream wedding; to gazing at the northern lights in Iceland; or finding our favorite pasta in Florence, Italy; to driving through the mountains and above the clouds of the the Azores Islands; to creating our own fragrances and wearing those bottles out; to creating a beautiful home in New Jersey and celebrating holidays with our family and friends.

This is barely even the tip of the iceberg of memories we have created and it hasn’t even been a decade. I am so excited to continue sharing our lives with one another. I thank God for your love that has changed me through and through. We can be anywhere in the world but if you are by my side then I am home. Cheers to forever with you Mrs. Allison🥂😘 taken in Downtown Detroit by @luthersallison
