The one who executing Allah’s previous year’s early birthday gift in delighted tears and made to personal best 4:07:17, Youre always the best, can’t be more grateful for this.

This first world marathon majors, the most emotional race and of course the happiest (the 43 kilometers cheering from the toddler till ojiisan mario bros are the energy).

To the months of training, the consistency, body injury, and the almost giving up moments everyday, its all worth it, this first medal of world marathon majors begin, thank you Tokyo! Five to go 🤍 taken in Tokyo Imperial Palace by @luthfiahidayani

To begin this medal monday, as a preambule, hamdalah tugas pacer lima jam marathonnya tepat waktu dengan nangis happy, strong, dan kaki aman tidak cidera.

Terima kasih ya @xtinmilan dan @refaldofanther we did it, berkat koordinasi tiap lap menggunakan kuis matematika itu. but its all worth it when we witness them reach their dream to finish this mental-game.

Dear Coaches,
Thank you for the experience, the training plan, the expensive-knowledge, the laugh, the how to keep a consistent pace, the never-ending-support and also the friendship that you build for us.

Dear Pacers,
Pls bear with this cengeng woman right here to say, terima kasih ya semuanya, ketemu kalian one of the best highlight of my life, maaf cengeng nangis sejuta kali, semuanya sehat sehat biar kita bisa race bareng dan reuni setiap minggu.

We enjoy the same pain, we laugh at the same struggle, and we sweat for the same goals. i love you blue family 💙

mau bawa apa aja juga itu dipocket semuanya masuk, dan highlightnya adalah masukin botol ga ganggu ikutan bouncing waktu berlari, jadinya ga ganggu cadence, it stays 😭

more than a year of r&d and thats what happen when research leads the process ☝🏻
