MONTGOMERY, AL. The Hornet Nation is buzzing with pride! We are thrilled to celebrate Kaitlin Hunter, the newly elected Miss Junior for the 2026–2027 academic year, on her momentous milestone as a Spring 2026 initiate of the Beta Pi Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated.

A LEGACY OF EXCELLENCE. Kaitlin is a proud 4th-generation Hornet (Class of 2028) who continues to uphold her family’s legacy while blazing her own trail. Hailing from Atlanta, GA, she is a dedicated Rehabilitation Services major with a clear vision of becoming an Occupational Therapist, driven by a deep desire to heal and uplift her community.

THE HORNET STANDARD. Beyond the crown and the sisterhood, Kaitlin’s impact is felt across campus through her unwavering commitment to service and leadership. She balances her academic rigor with a genuine passion for mentorship, always looking for ways to pour into her peers and foster a culture of support and growth.

THE ROAD AHEAD. Kaitlin Hunter is the definition of a well-rounded leader. Whether she is serving as Miss Junior 2026–2027 or stepping into her new role within the Beta Pi Chapter, she leads with grace, integrity, and a profound respect for the history that paved the way for her success.

Congratulations, Kaitlin Hunter, on your election and your initiation! We are so proud to watch you continue to lead, serve, and shine!
