Day 13/30 of Doing It Anyway ☀️

Today’s friction: Learning a new video editing skill.

When I sit down to edit, it’s so easy to just stick to what I already know, rush through it, and hit export. Learning a new effect and sitting through tutorials when your brain is already tired feels like friction.

Today, I decided to just learn one tiny technique.
Learning new editing skills takes so much time for me, but once I really get into it, it becomes fun. Forcing myself to expand my skill set instead of taking the easy route. by @luv4t__

So I’m doing a challenge called “Doing it Anyways.” For 30 days, I’m documenting myself doing something that I don’t want or feel like doing. Day 9/30

Today’s friction is editing this video and posting it by the end of the day. I was going to hold off, but I told myself I would.

This is a turmeric latte! I’ve never made it, but I tried to think about what I had in my pantry so that I wouldn’t have to leave my house 🐢…
