Happy Mother’s Day to the important women in my life that carry worlds on their backs and still somehow make everyone around them feel loved, safe, encouraged, and seen. It’s the sleepless nights, the silent sacrifices, the prayers no one heard, the tears hidden behind strength, the constant worrying, the guidance, the protection, the patience, the corrections, and the unconditional love poured out even when exhausted. To you who has nurtured, protected, uplifted, or stood in the gap for someone else, thank you. You are appreciated more than you know and loved more than you probably hear.

How do you sum up 365 days with you into 90 seconds? This is cruel. The cries, the laughs, the milestones, the restless nights, the not knowing, relearning, the fears, researching only to find out it was already in me. Kori Gurl you are truly a gem. Bright light, big smile and soooo loved. This baby is such a beautiful child and I couldn’t be more grateful. But wait mam we really talked about you not coming on mommy’s birthday tho #and you just didn’t care lol and I guess your dad and aunty Lez also called it 🙄 🤣 welp it’s me and you snookie. The odds of a baby being born on your birthday is 1 in 133,000. How special. What a bond. You’ve taught me to appreciate the little things. To stop breathe and just enjoy. My inner child is smiling. You remind what love looks and feels like. Just when I thought I knew it all you came into my world and shook it up! Thank you for choosing me. Thank you for opening my heart. Still trying to wrap my head around the fact you are 21 years old. Time truly flies son and I am beyond proud of you. You continue to shine bright and reach new levels. I still don’t have the words to express just how deeply thankful I am to each of you! You guys planned and put together EVERYTHING!!! My circle and village can I just say is the BOMB 💣 the love was so heavy that my emotions ran crazy @renee_stonie from the jump wanted me not to worry about anything, wouldn’t let me do anything and said I got this bestie, and you did!! @therealmsmartin mom mom, pop pop and her Daddy thank you for allowing us to use this beautiful space, and for the set up and everything that was take care of!@ronneedancefit Aunty thank you for everything you did, the care and love is so much from you. @215blackbutterfly Aunt Lez was on deck and I so appreciated everything you did you have been there from day one with Jay and here we are again round 2 @ahlovelytrini @jentravels259 @shaymarie215 @sheesthe1 @chocolate_krav3 I thank you individually for all that you beautiful souls did!!
