10k…I’m so grateful, this is a goal I didn’t think I’d reach for a long time. If my grandparents were here they’d be so happy.

Every single one of you has contributed to helping me move on, I hope this song has done the same for you. That’s all I want.

I’ve said it 10000 times but I’ll say it again, I love you all.
Thank you so much for listening, and thank you for 10k 🩵 by @luvxkaen

Kaen pours his heart into a poignant tribute to his beloved grandmother, whose memory continues to resonate deeply within him. Set against the backdrop of a somber, dimly lit house, the ‘Half Alive’ film captures the essence of loss and remembrance.

We as viewers are lucky enough to step into Kaens memory as he shares beautiful clips of his grandmother throughout the film. Each frame serves as a cherished vignette, a glimpse into the treasured moments they shared together.

With soul-stirring lyrics and evocative instrumentation, Kaen’s heartfelt homage evokes a sense of longing and nostalgia, inviting listeners to reflect on the enduring bond between loved ones, even in their absence.

It may not seem like much to some but this is more than I ever imagined 😭 I released just one song this year, but that one song has surpassed every record and goal I had by so much.

In honour of this year and Half Alive, here’s some memories of the most important people I’ve ever had the privilege of knowing, that inspired the most important song I’ve ever had the privilege of making.

Thank you all for everything 🩵
Promise I’ll start releasing consistently 🙏🏽 by @luvxkaen
