Went to my first Seattle Mariners game of the Season last night with my friend @ms.lbh. The M’s lost by a run 5-6 in extra innings. Still an entertaining game. I got a Cal Raleigh bobble head commemorating the Big Dumpers 60 HRs last season. I remain optimistic for the rest of the season. Go Mariners! Tridents Up! 🔱 taken in T-Mobile Park by @luxinvidious

Went to see the Kraken Hockey Practice today. First time going and got hit with a stray puck that went over the net. It hit my middle finger and cup of Cold Brew Coffee (cracking the reusable cup). Somehow I did not drop the cup. I got a free practice puck and a bruise out of it. Fun Times #kraken taken in Kraken Community Iceplex by @luxinvidious

I went to my first Seattle Kraken game last night. It was a blast! It was also my first NHL game. Thank You to my friend @ms.lbh for inviting me. Kraken won 5-1 over the Washington Capitals. Thank You to my friend @kingbriandamage for taking me to the NFC Divisional Playoff game where the Seattle Seahawks crushed the San Francisco 49ers 41-6. As 2025 comes to a close, Arlo and I have only been in each other’s lives for a short six weeks. We have bonded immensely since then, but we have more to grow. I hope with the help with trained professionals I can get this 1 year old rambunctious puppy some necessary training. Arlo is a good boy but he does have some habits that need to be addressed. Trying to take selfies by yourself with a 30 pound muscular dog who has no interest in the task at hand is a challenge lol. With the winter sun deciding to show itself in the Emerald City today, Arlo and I took a good long walk to Lake Union. Arlo also got to meet some pups at the small dog park on the way. Hello everybody! I would like you to meet Arlo (the shelter named him Harley but nah). We just met a few hours ago down at the Seattle Animal Shelter but he’s decided to move in with me. My loft has got to be a better place than the Shelter and prior to that, roaming the mean street of the city as a stray dog. He’s settling in, I got him a nice new bed but he keeps humping it. Went camping for the 4th to Maggie Lake. It was a fun weekend with my family. Got to catch up with some relatives I had not seen in years. Went to Tahuya days and got my souvenir pin. Spent time in the lake swimming and I was exhausted. Turned 45 today. Can’t believe I am so old! I hope I do not fall apart like the world has been. Wishing the best in these troubled times. I played some Pinball and got some Dim Sum with friends. Today I participated in my civic duty as a Citizen of the United States and voted in the 2024 General Election. For President of the United States I voted for Kamala Harris. Vice President Harris is an accomplished, courageous, courteous, and of outstanding character. I believe Harris can lead us in a direction for the better in these divided times. It’s a difficult task as there a lot of change happening to our world we cannot control. The other major party candidate scars me to the bone, I do not want to live in an authoritarian nation-state full of hate and bigotry. To that I reject red tide of American-Fascism by smashing a symbolic orange into oblivion. Each vote is our own, chose wisely my friends.
