Ok I didn’t get the many hot dogs and banana’s in the audience…which tbh might be my faves, like I saw so many many people dressed like food! Last regular season home game brought me back to @energizer_park by @luxstloufc

Landon Donovan did it. Jermaine Jones did it. And now another MLS veteran is making the jump to indoor soccer — right here in Kansas City. I mean Kevin Ellis scored six goals in his first five appearances with the Comets after transitioning from MLS! But here’s the thing: being good at outdoor soccer doesn’t automatically mean you’ll dominate indoors...6’3” has played both offense and defense in his career, when will he fit best on the indoor field? I cannot wait to find out!

POV: You couldn’t make the trip to Columbus, so you watched in your bed.

Ahhhhhhhhhh @stlcitysc are the 2026 Open Cup Champions! That was a game of endurance, 100+ min…Epic save @benlundt and then solid PK’s precision from the squad!

Been proud to be a STH every season, but winning the 111th edition of the Cup? This is mega memorable! by @luxstloufc

Sorry Columbus frenz, I’m tuning ya out…..

St. Louis CITY SC is ONE win away from making history, and I’m gonna tell you why I think they’re gonna do it.

Tonight CITY takes on the Columbus Crew in the U.S. Open Cup Final. (Think of it like a nationwide knockout tournament where professional and amateur teams compete for one trophy.)

Yoann Damet has this team clicking, and after a dominant 3-nothing semifinal win over Colorado, they’ve shown they can deliver when it matters.

Speaking of Coach, Damet previously worked in Columbus. Now he has the chance to win CITY’s first trophy against his former club.

Let’s talk about the absolute tear they have been on, CITY’s 21-match unbeaten streak finally ended Saturday with a 3–2 loss to Minnesota.

Important roster things to consider: City has rested Carlo Holse ahead of the final. He recently scored a hat trick against LA Galaxy. I like where this puts us. However, Rafael Navarro cannot play in the final because he already appeared in this year’s tournament for Colorado.

But here’s why this game is SO much bigger than one trophy.

A win would give CITY SC its first-ever championship, bring the Open Cup back to St. Louis for the first time since 1988, and add another chapter to a city with more than a century of soccer history.

And THAT is why I’m taking St. Louis and cannot wait to watch tonight!

Who you got, and why? by @luxstloufc

Spoiler in video for Ted Lasso szn 4 finale! Be aware!

Women can only move women’s sports forward so much, when we have male support, and everyone working together, we can do so much more. Thank you Ted Lasso, for showing us where good men are showing up and can show up to get us closer to equality. #womenssports #womenssoccer #tedlasso #tedlassoseason4 #believeand by @luxstloufc
