The grand entrance is high energy. Everyone’s on their feet, cheering, napkins in the air! That energy has to go somewhere, and the move is to carry it straight into the first dance with no gap, no dead air, no awkward beat while everyone figures out where to stand.
Then parent dances follow in the same rhythm, each one cued and ready before the last note fades. Three of the most emotional moments of the night, back to back, with no drop in energy between them.
That’s what an experienced DJ who runs the whole timeline gets you. Momentum that never breaks.

Sunset photos matter. Fifteen to twenty minutes is all it should take.
Every minute past that is a minute your guests are standing around waiting, your bar line is growing, and the energy you spent all day building starts to cool off. A great photographer and videographer know how to move fast, work efficiently, and get the shot without pulling the couple away from their own reception.
Your day is a whole experience, not just a photo op. The best vendors understand that and work together to protect it.
