Last week, we welcomed Artscross participants from Beijing, Taipei and Hong Kong to @theplacelondon, London Contemporary Dance School. It is such a privilege to host ArtsCross, an internationally recognised intercultural exchange across cultural, national, linguistic and disciplinary borders, which has celebrated for more than twenty years what happens when dancers work together in the studio and connect through the body.

This year, we will not just work in the studio but also "Out of Place" on location: Russell Square and Regent’s Place. Join us for public performances (link in bio) on Friday 10 July and the symposium on Saturday 11 July.

Meaningful international dialogue is built not only by presenting finished performances, but through sustained collaboration and shared creative processes. In a time of rapid geopolitical and cultural change, ArtsCross continues to examine how artistic collaboration can foster understanding, challenge assumptions and create new forms of exchange across borders.
