Y si siempre fue aquí?

Choreography by @saracolomino in collaboration with @luz_sitges performers:

@bellarushwin_dance @angelica_dancez @izzy.joves @margot_herridge6
@lily_szekeres @sophiaaacardenasss @lena.gilardi @avalydon555 @_daniela.m.a_ @alyanna_carriedo @camiisabel.19 @kaitlyn.vivian @lulu.salvaterra @dancingdawn_ @lena_granger_ @anniedingwalll @calista_caron @alice.boerner @bea.beaman @costcomadness

Inspired by the quiet ache of waiting for the right moment, the right place, the right person. Always asking what if? Until another question emerges: what if it was always here? A meditation on presence, on discovering that what we long for may already be beside us, within us, in this very moment.

Thank you to all the dancers for making this possible and to @luz_sitges for having me ⚡️

Encuentro Interno

Choreography by @saracolomino in collaboration with @luz_sitges performers:

@sakiku_o @laurenblairsmith @sav_gibbs @bellereese12 @oliviaerlandson @shanti.sanchinel @_meghanoconnor_ @claudia_jacobson_ @_huntercita_ @penny.dance @_sadierue @erikasiblesz @carolinemsims @madi.crozier @alyssa.chelton @adrianamusso @ama1ia.aa @chloe.kolarr @hhannahfreed @zoey_c_zhiqi

Inspired by the Internal Family Systems (IFS) model. This approach supports the creative process by encouraging dialogue with different inner parts. This fosters self-awareness, reduces internal resistance, and enables a more authentic and emotionally grounded work.

Thank you to all the dancers for making this possible and to @luz_sitges for having me ⚡️
