My mentorship does not start with a tool. It starts with the person.

Every professional has a different story, experience, and goal. Some are changing careers. Some are starting over. Others are building a business, stepping into leadership, or learning how to communicate their work online.

Tools like ChatGPT, AI, WhatsApp Business, and Edits can support the journey. But the strategy must be built around the person—not the other way around.

That is the Essence Project: personalized professional mentorship created around where you are, what you want to build, and the next step you need to take.

If you have a professional journey to build, you don’t have to walk it alone. Send me a message. Let’s talk about your next step.

Every great creation begins with an idea.

Watching the Tesla Roadster reminds us that innovation takes vision, persistence, and the courage to turn imagination into reality.

But ideas need more than imagination. They need meaning, intention, and action.

What have you been creating, developing, or building over the past six months?

Your vision deserves more than a place in your mind. It deserves the opportunity to become something real.

Give meaning to your ideas. Then give them life.

What if you’re worth more than you realize?

We often spend so much time trying to figure out what we should do, where we should go, and how we should be seen that we forget to ask a more important question:

Who am I, and what do I have to offer?

We all carry unique gifts, talents, experiences, and perspectives. But recognizing them is only the beginning.

The real transformation happens when we understand how to use those gifts to create value and make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

That’s where purpose and personal branding connect.

Because personal branding isn’t simply about building an image or becoming more visible.

It’s about understanding who you are, recognizing your value, and discovering why it matters.

Your value has always been there. Maybe it’s time to recognize it.

You know what happens when you get sick?

You stop.

And suddenly, you realize something that might sound harsh:

Nobody cares as much as you think they do.

We spend so much time worrying about what people think of us.

What they’re going to say. How they’re going to judge us. Whether we’re doing enough.

But when life forces you to stop, you realize something.

You have to take care of yourself.

You have to protect your energy, your health, your dreams, and the person you’re becoming.

And that’s something I’ve been thinking about while recovering from being sick.

Personal branding isn’t just about how the world sees you. It’s about how you see yourself, what you stand for, and what you want to leave behind.

So I’m coming back.

Not because I have something to prove to anybody.

But because I still have something meaningful to build. by @luzia_busch

2027 não precisa começar em janeiro. ✨

Talvez este seja o momento de olhar para a sua trajetória e se perguntar:

Estou onde gostaria de estar?
Minha imagem profissional representa quem eu sou hoje?

Your niche doesn’t define you.

I’m a mentor. A businesswoman. A designer. A mother.
I speak Portuguese, English, sometimes a little bit of everything. 😄
I have faith, experience, ideas, contradictions, and I’m still learning.

Your niche can give your message direction — but it should never make you smaller.

Personal branding starts when you stop trying to fit into a box and allow people to see who you really are.

Be strategic. But be whole. 🤍

You don’t need a character to show up online.

You need you.

Your experience. Your voice. Your story.

Because positioning that requires constant performance is exhausting.

Start with who you are. 🤍 taken in MIAMI florida / EE.UU by @luzia_busch

Às vezes, tudo começa simplesmente quando decidimos show up. 🤍

@luzia_busch You don’t need to speak to everyone. You need to be clear about who you can truly help.

That clarity changes everything.

It changes the way you communicate, the way you position yourself, and even the opportunities you begin to recognize.

I work with professionals, business owners, and entrepreneurs who already carry experience, knowledge, and potential — but are ready to turn what they know into what comes next.

Because sometimes, you don’t need to start over.
You need to understand what you already have — and where it can take you.

@luzia_busch Tonight, I’m showing up for someone who has been learning to show up for herself.

One of my students invited me to an event, and watching her find her direction, strengthen her voice, and position herself with more confidence makes me incredibly proud.

Growth doesn’t always happen in big moments.

Sometimes it happens every time you decide to show up again.

So if you’re building something, finding your voice, or wondering if anyone is paying attention…

Keep going.

And if you think nobody is watching your videos yet, send them to us.

We’ll watch you. ❤️
