THE EVOLVING CYBER RISK LANDSCAPE

The increasing frequency, complexity, and sophistication of cyber threats represent a significant challenge to national security, institutional stability, and the continuity of essential digital services.

As digital infrastructure becomes increasingly interconnected, cybersecurity must extend beyond conventional protective measures towards a comprehensive framework of prevention, early detection, coordinated response, and long-term operational resilience.

The evolving threat landscape reinforces the importance of sustained investment in cybersecurity capabilities, strengthened institutional cooperation, and strategic preparedness.

Our Strategic Priorities

• Strengthening the protection of critical digital infrastructure and essential public services.

• Advancing national cyber threat detection, prevention, and response capabilities.

• Enhancing institutional coordination and operational readiness.

• Establishing sustainable frameworks for long-term digital security and resilience.

Cybersecurity is no longer solely a technical consideration. It is a fundamental component of national stability, economic continuity, and public confidence in digital institutions.
