If all you did today was get out of bed… pause for a second. Because I know what that can cost 🥺

Some days, getting up feels like dragging yourself through invisible weight.
Brushing your teeth feels like a task.
Stepping outside feels like a battle.
And nobody sees that part… they just see “you showed up.”

But I see the fight in that 🫂

I see the strength it takes to choose to keep going when your mind is loud, your heart is heavy, or your energy is gone 🥹

Those “little” things? They’re not little. They’re survival. They’re courage. They’re you refusing to give up on yourself, even in the quietest, hardest moments 💚

And if you’ve been holding yourself together… barely… just enough to get through another day, I need you to know that counts. That matters. YOU MATTER.📌

You’re not weak for struggling. You’re human.
And you’re not alone in this, no matter how isolating it feels 💜

So check in on your people… not just the ones who ask for help, but the ones who never do.

The strong ones.
The quiet ones.
The ones who always say, “I’m good.”
