After 1 year and almost 8k shots later, I’d say this @sonyalpha A6400 and @tamronglobal lenses turned to be a great decision and better than expected. If you’re looking for inspiration to go out and shoot, this is a sign. #photography #malaysia #singapore #thailand #reels #photographer #cinematic #follow #sonyalpha #sonya6400 by @lx.mrrs

From not being able to run 10km last year this time to a second half marathon and doing much better this time @scoremarathon , 28mins faster than the last time in April! Still a long way to go but progress is progress! Guess the 5ams and cutting back on drinking, sleeping earlier and eating better helped. But at 89-91kg, 21.0975km is a full strength workout! Also I'm that pshyco that doesn't run with music outdoors (on the Treadmill yes, I'm not that crazy), so 21.0975km without music. 🤪

Thanks to @kkphotos.my for the epic first pic 🤣
and @epicrace.my and @tag.malaysia for the rest. Go view their galleries and if got nice pics, buy la, they worked hard like snipers tepi jalan tau. 🫶🏽 taken in Putrajaya, Wilayah Persekutuan, Malaysia by @lx.mrrs

Debut Half-Marathon ✅️ @klcitydayhalfmarathon
Was strongly advised against running with an ankle and knee injury but I clearly didn't listen, at the expense of time and having to walk a lot (and further injuries, hopefully not), but we finished even with the infamous Bukit Tunku Elevation. And the "bonus KMs" didn't help either.

Was thinking I didn't do that well tbh and my training didn't matter..But it did. I could still walk after that, I didn't cramp, and I didn't have much soreness the next day or the days after. taken in PETRONAS Twin Towers by @lx.mrrs

Randomest solo trip ever, started off with how to get enough Elite Miles to mantain my @enrichbymh tier and ended up in Beijing. Booked on 11.11, flew on 03.12 and was back home even before 11.12. People were like, "oh you must have planned this trip well?" No, I winged it a fair bit, 小红书(XHS), GPT and the Internet helped a fair bit. Made it around with my broken Mandarin and Translator app, took zero cash, 支付宝(Alipay) and 微信支付(WeChat pay) are all you need instead. Also special thanks to @angela_chau for the racun and tips and itinerary ideas to copy. 🤣 by @lx.mrrs

In Feb I couldn't even run a few kms without stopping to catch my breath. After a few months of training, in Nov(22/11) I finished my first 10km event under 60mins(the last 400m was just sprinting), on a rather hilly route. 🥲 this was after the incline on the downhill.

Half-Marathon next? ☠️

Thanks @pixelandpace for the great shot, one of the few pics that I looked decent, so I had to get it. 🤣
