My three favorite options from a head inside single leg once you pick it up.

Bring it to the opposite hip for all three.

1. Turning the knee down with your forearm, grabbing the knee cap and getting opponent to turn towards mat (belly down).

2. Lil trippy trip, secure leg in air. Grab back of neck of your opponent with free hand, step behind the leg, pull them backwards over your foot.

3. Two punch. Start the same but free arm scoops under leg ( like upper cut) then the other arm does the same, lift onto shoulder, walk opponent down until they fall.

Let me know how you like these and how they work in your training on the mats! 👊👊
