what a special moment 🪵💙
finally getting to make my debut with Kaoba ladies is something i’ll always be grateful for

thank you to my teachers for believing in me, for sharing your knowledge, and for giving me the opportunity to be part of this beautiful experience. i’m so happy to finally say i’ve danced with one of the D&R teams 🥹

this is only the beginning… so grateful for this journey and everything that’s still to come 🪩🩰💙 by @lyannsalgadok

my favorite classes, body movement with @lamadera.masdura 🪵🌟 by @lyannsalgadok

getting better doesn’t always feel like moving forward 🦋🤍

there will be days when you feel strong, motivated, and focused. and there will be others when you only do the bare minimum… but you still do it

and that counts too 🤍

every workout you didn’t feel like doing counts
every meal you choose for your well-being counts
every time you choose to keep going, even when you don’t see results yet, counts
every small act of discipline on the days when giving up feels easier counts

because progress isn’t always visible
sometimes, it’s simply built in silence

fall in love with that
showing up for yourself
staying committed
becoming the best version of yourself 🤍

and if you’re ready to start your journey, I’m here to help 🌟🤍
