lycopsid_ & ᔕᗯIᔕᕼ present Bccording, Infant, More Eaze & tibslc live @ Aquarium. Bccording @bccording Jackson Gifford (b. 2002, Berkley, MI, USA) has been making music as Bccording since 2022. He is currently based inside Detroit in Hamtramck, Michigan. Infant @infantinfantinfant Infant is a sound artist, laptop musician, and occasional DJ based in Detroit, Michigan. His practice revolves around poetry, dub studio techniques, and digital experimentation. More Eaze @more_eaze More Eaze is the project of Brooklyn-based sound artist and multi-instrumentalist Mari Maurice. Ranging from ambient pop to folk and musique concrete, her numerous solo and collaborative releases weave mundane, everyday sounds, acoustic orchestration and instrumentation, and electronics into adventurous textural compositions. tibslc @tibslc tibslc, with e.g releases on co:clear and Sferic (alongside Bianca Scout and Space Afrika), introduces the listener to a synthetic dreamworld, littered with traces of familiar genres – ambient, new age, rave – that momentarily dissolve in a digital haze. And sometimes, tibslc simply decides she can also be an ethereal singer-songwriter – and she is correct. Poster by Infant. Doors 18.30, Music 19.00. ‘xmas1 (vocal dub)’ - formerly released as a bonus track on nightwaif’s brilliant ‘a sanguine twilight’ album from 2021, echoes our Microworld Level 1 release out into tranquil, yet murky waters. 🌀 With the help of hydrophones, tape looping and old keyboards, nightwaif created immersive sound worlds with his ‘yin ocean’ and ‘a sanguine twilight’ albums between 2016 and 2021. Currently releasing music as @lycopsid_ , the fractured, organic textures of his earlier work have merged with more synthetic, hi-definition elements of contemporary ambient music, releasing on labels like @official_wesurf , @soak.uuuu & @imprint.eyes . 🌿 〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️➰ Shout outs to @martha_radio for the play on NTS and for everyone who has supported the release so far! Pre-order our first 12“ via link in bio or story highlights. ➰〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️ by @lycopsid_

↾⟳✰This episode of Burrow of music is brought to you by @lycopsid_ a Leipzig based producer whose music is a fusion of eco-ambient, deconstructed field recordings, and dubbed-out, water-damaged rhythms. his debut EP under this name ‘chlorine, serenity’ was released last year on the surf netlabel @official_wesurf. ‘This mix is a collage of current favourites, late night soundcloud rabbit-holes, and maybe a small peek at some new material I’m working on at the moment. more or less just where my head’s at right now, but in musical terms. enjoy!‘ live from the @sphere.radio Container by @lycopsid_

~ nächste Woche Freitag (23.8) am Sphere Container in Anger-Crottendorf, or streaming via sphere-radio.net. English: Soft Noise is a space for experimental music. Call it "ambient" or choose your own labels. It'll be warm and calming, but also challenging and unfamiliar. From glassy, brittle, or muffled, through to (ar)rhythmic and (in)organic, there's room for it all. 23rd of August, 5:00-10:00 PM at the Sphere Radio Container – float on soft foundations, and open your ears. DJs: LU, LINO REX, TALI, sensi.ble Live: Fetisch Bistro, lycopsid_ Plakat: @lino_rex_ Fontsupport: @bvldt by @lycopsid_
