I used to be just an entrepreneur, but for the past 10 months, I’ve become a mompreneur. Early mornings, late nights, and everything in between, working toward a dream that once was just for me, but has now become a “for us” dream.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s been tough. But it’s also been the biggest blessing.

Oh, how many times have I thought, “I just want to quit Lyda Beauty.” And every time, I have to remind myself: the journey to success IS the success.

Every day is a battle, and don’t let social media fool you. Behind every “yes,” there are probably 100 “no’s.” You keep going until those no’s eventually turn into yeses.

One of the biggest things I’ve learned is to stop comparing myself to anyone else. My life. My journey. My timeline. My success.

My postpartum fitness journey is about so much more than getting my body back. ❤️

I’m bouncing back from postpartum depression, and while I’m still working through it, exercise has always been one of the things that helps me get out of my head, move through negative thoughts, and feel stronger mentally and physically.

Getting back into workouts after having a baby isn’t always easy, but I’m taking it one day at a time. This is my journey back to feeling like myself again, stronger, healthier, and more confident.

If you’re a new mom navigating postpartum, you’re not alone. 🤍

I am officially 40 years old! How exciting! 🥂✨

Thank you, God, for every opportunity you’ve given me in this life. Thank you for making me work hard for what I have, for giving me the strength to keep going, and for never letting me give up on my dreams, even when it would have been so much easier to do so.

I never want to be a sellout. I want to stay true to myself, my values, and the things I believe in, no matter how hard the road gets.

Thank you, God, for my family, my friends, the lessons, the growth, and even the challenges that have shaped me into who I am today.

Here’s to 40, to everything I’ve survived, everything I’ve built, and all the beautiful lessons still to come.

Creating a beauty product takes time. You have to make sure everything is safe, non-toxic, cruelty-free, and meets so many other standards.

10 days until 40. 🥹 OMFG.

I’ve learned that life doesn’t always go according to plan, and honestly, that’s the beauty of it. Trust God, keep going, keep grinding, celebrate yourself, and surround yourself with people who genuinely want to see you win. Some friendships stay, some change, and that’s okay. Give yourself your flowers while you’re still here to enjoy them. 🌸

So, I decided literally a few days ago that, on top of all the other products we’re creating for 2027, I also want to create a lip product. 🤍

Back in the studio creating magic with my 6 month old baby for the very first time! 🤍

I had no idea how it would turn out, but thankfully I’m surrounded by the most incredible team who made the whole process so much easier. Watching my worlds of motherhood and entrepreneurship come together was such a special feeling.

I can officially say I’m a mompreneur now and I absolutely love it. @lydabeauty by @lydadjararfischer
