THE PAST WAS NEVER DEAD. IT WAS JUST WAITING. Grace Nelson has finally found peace. Ten years after escaping the brutal underworld of human trafficking, she is now a respected lawyer, a pastor’s wife, and a voice for the voiceless. She has buried "Rose" – the cold, calculating survivor she once was – and built a life of faith and purpose with her husband, Emmanuel. But the silence is shattered by a recurring nightmare: a young girl screaming from the shadows of the very streets Grace left behind. When Grace discovers that the girl is not a figment of her imagination but the daughter she was told died at birth, her perfect world fractures. Zyon is alive. And she is being groomed for the same powerful men who once owned Grace. To save her daughter, Grace must do the unthinkable: she must resurrect Rose. Trading her Bible for a two by four wood and her legal robes for street disguise, Grace plunges back into the dark underbelly of Lagos. But the enemy she faces now is not just a pimp on a street corner; it is a conspiracy that reaches the highest corridors of power in Abuja. With Emmanuel by her side, transforming from a man of peace into a soldier of necessity, Grace wages a war that will test her faith, her marriage, and her sanity. In this high-octane sequel to Catching Grace, the hunter becomes the hunted, and a mother’s love becomes the most dangerous weapon of all. https://selar.com/cg2theodyssey Link in Bio. I like referring to myself as both a guardian of narratives and a creator of dreams. As a story consultant and a writer-producer, my journey is dedicated to a singular vision — discovering and championing emerging storytellers. This was the passion with which I delivered a keynote address earlier this month at @fameweekafrica, speaking up for the fair recognition and compensation of African writers in our nascent film industry, the unsung heroes who weave the narratives that light up our screens and spark our imaginations. As the @wgawest, @wgaeast continues to push for these demands in Hollywood, it is my hope that African writers will also find their rightful place at the table, where their invaluable contributions are celebrated and fairly rewarded. #fameweekafrica #creative advocate #africantalentrepresentation by @lydianuel
Thank you, Africa for the opportunity to serve you. I am still learning. Thank you @bouncebside The heart of the matter is that writers are heroes! #storydevelopmentinAfrica #storydevelopmentexecutive #embraceequity #Emergestorylab by @lydianuel
2 years ago, I was at Christ Chapel, UCH as guest preacher for the Sunday service, which was the finale of a 3Day conference. While closing my sermon, I delivered a word of Knowledge to someone in the audience but nobody stood up. God spoke to me while praying before I drove out to this service and I was more than sure. But I simply waved off as one of those flips where mind impressions and spirit conflicts. Only for this gorgeous lady to walk up to me after the service to say she was the recipient of that VERY ACCURATE WORD. She apparently didn’t hear that I requested the recipient to approach the altar. But made up her mind to meet me after. (Another lesson). She visited from Lagos to attend the Family Thanksgiving of her mother-in-law who was a long-standing member of this church and was celebrating the attainment of a milestone age. Few weeks after, she invited me to make a cameo appearance on a wedding scene of this movie, which was a major part of our conversation while ministering to her. I was out of Lagos but had to return urgently to honor her. Here we are 2 years after, in the reality of that Word of Knowledge, the impartation and anointing that Sunday. I’d been been inundated with calls since Sunday evening when she premiered the movie from those who sighted me😂. So Friends and Family - THE PERFECT SPEC is “our” movie 😂😂😂 TROOP out when it lands in the cinemas. This is the prophetic side for me - I appeared in a wedding scene as a Pastor on this shoot and I’ve been officiating weddings since then. Infact, 2 in that same garden we shot. I will be in that garden in 3 weeks from now for a prayer rally (WATCH OUT) I’ve now appeared in 2 movies as a clergy (One as Bishop and this one as Pastor) Before nollywood stereotypes me, on the next production (From me or any producer) I will take on the role of a LOVERBOY, A THUG or CRIMINAL 😂😂😂. Which role will you love to see me in? 🤷🤷‍♀️ THE PERFECT SPEC is distributed by @cinemaxng CONGRATULATIONS @lydianuel Thank you @kebochig for the invite. #EvangelistTolucci #KingsandPriests @kinsmanstudios @teetee @limoblaze_ by @lydianuel

Gospel singer @limoblaze_ takes on his first lead film role in The Perfect Spec, a faith-based romantic comedy also starring @bammybestowed (BamBam) and @vineolugu. The film opens in Nigerian cinemas on November 6 through @cinemaxng. Directed by @imichellebello (Before Valentine’s), the film follows Oye, a 32-year-old Christian woman who swears off dating after another heartbreak, only for a guardian angel to complicate her plans with two potential love interests during her church’s #100KingdomMarriages campaign. Written and produced by @lydianuel and @teetee_nuel of @kinsmanstudios, alongside producer Gbolahan Gafar, The Perfect Spec draws inspiration from the “kingdom marriage” prophecies associated with Nathaniel Bassey’s Hallelujah Challenge and Okedare’s mother’s experiences with love and societal expectations. @ajokesilva and Soji Jacobs serve as executive producers through @lufodo, alongside Tochukwu MACFOY (drfoy) and Ewoma Luther-Abegunde. Speaking to WKMUp, Okedare also reveals why the team specifically wanted Limoblaze for the role and how they navigated bringing the UK-based musician to Nigeria for filming.
