I’ve always been very health-conscious, but I’m stepping into a new version of myself. I’m working on discovering a new language, as well as taking my health to another level. My goals this year are to be abundant, a better version of myself, travel freely, live a healthy lifestyle, and inspire. I hope that you guys can learn something from this. Today, we hosted a garden workshop for a group of 5th grade students I’ve been mentoring over the past two years.

The focus was on leadership and purpose development, while also emphasizing the importance of growing your own food and living sustainably.

We’re not just planting seeds in the ground we’re planting seeds of growth in these boys as they become young men. This is part of our purpose, and it will be fulfilled🌏 #gardening #growth #mentorship #tribe taken in Fayetteville, North Carolina by @lyfe.awakening

I love this reality, the trials and tribulations, the ups and downs, it’s apart of it.
