Fluoride in Toothpaste: Friend or Foe?

Did you know excessive fluoride exposure can lead to:

Dental fluorosis
Skeletal fluorosis
Thyroid problems
Neurotoxicity
Cancer concerns

Take control of your oral health!

Use fluoride-free toothpaste or low-fluoride options
Limit toothpaste amount (pea-sized)
Supervise children’s tooth-brushing
Choose natural ingredients (e.g., hydroxyapatite)

Consult your dentist or healthcare provider for personalized advice!

Reason 213 to (NOT) Quit!

As part of the Holistic Jawn team, I know that when opportunity knocks, we all pitch in!

Vending prep means manual labor, and yours truly becomes the muscle. Lifting, loading, and joking around - that’s how I get us through.

But seriously, our team’s camaraderie is unmatched. We’re more than coworkers; we’re family.

So, nope, I won’t be quitting anytime soon! Our mission to heal and serve the community is too important.

Thanks for being part of our journey! Let’s Heal Together!
