@adaakaisi and i, mostly her, made this beautiful blend of "Sway, Baabuji dheere chalna & Dil ko hazaar baar" couple of years back, when we were preparing for a gig together. I loved it so much that i have been singing it ever since and you all have shown so much love to it. It has been a hit in every single gig as far i remember. The credit was due. Thanks Adaa ♥️ by @lylaasings

The Historic day, The Great conundrum
20th July, 2026

And I was right there in the middle of it.

I saw duality standing face to face.
A live paradox of the human mind.
Horror and courage staring each other down.
Duty and moral dilemmas, bleeding into each other.

When we were on our march to the parliament we saw ahead of us stood a truck, 2 police personnels pointing launchers right at us
He was ready. Aiming at us.
I just kept looking at him, wondering,
What will he choose?

I wondered how sometimes life puts you in places like this.
Where you have to choose between your duty and your morals.
Where you're expected to act beyond right and wrong, Where orders matter more than your conscience.

Must be hard. So hard.
Life's cruelest dwand !
"Dharam sankat"

And the people..
God, the people !
The faces carried everything at once- courage, resilience, joy, laughter, rage, patriotism, anger, exhaustion all at once. A whole tapestry of human minds, instincts and what we choose to do with them.

For 8 hours straight, everybody stood headstrong on the roads. Sleepless and hungry, singing Rashtragaan and chanting slogans at the top of their lungs, and in the rain. Choking on tear gas shells, back to back, through laathi charges, didn’t bend an inch. Not one ounce.
No violence at all, Just heads held high with smiling faces.
I had never ever felt that kind of energy in my life.
Unbreakable. Despite everything.

By the evening it turned into a cop and thief play, except we werent the thieves. They were.
And people got used to it. The fear died.

Having said that,
I will never be able to forget the brutality i witnessed later The heart wrenching, devastating horror on children. The way policemen abused us and pushed us with cruelty out of their bus into the tear gas cloud to suffer. Those visuals are stamped into me now, forever.

But beyond the horror, ill carry that raw energy and fire of the youth standing together for one cause, real empathy, people taking care of strangers like family, we didn feel we were different from each other, it felt like a collective consciousness working for a single cause, HUMANITY !
