So… it’s over

I will forever be grateful for the members and staff at Broken City for giving me a home for my ageout. This experience was nothing short of a challenge but is something I will remember for the rest of my life. This marks the end of my time as a performer. No words are able to describe my gratitude for all that the marching arts have brought to my life, all I can say is thank you.

Thesis 2025

I think it’s funny that most of my posts at this point are band posts, and this is going to be just that again lol.

This season has been such a gift. I thoroughly enjoyed every second of this season getting to spend it with so many people I love. Forever grateful for everyone involved this year. Thanks for giving me such a wonderful home for the last 4 years.

Mandarins 2023.

It’s always fascinating to see where life takes you. This summer it took me to the mandarins. Forever grateful for the experiences I’ve had.

Yay band :) I can’t express how grateful I am for everyone who I’ve had the pleasure of marching with this year, along with all the other 7 previous seasons I’ve been at amador. It’s really hard to believe that I’m leaving amador behind but I know you guys will do great things and I can’t wait to see what you guys do! Special shoutout to @beehhussey (worlds most underrated tech ever) for being awesome and showing me how to be better at drumming and being a human. Every single person in this group is so special to me and made me want to continue for so many seasons!💜💛

Thesis - it was a pleasure to join the cool kids club :) i remember joking with @greg.kanarsky about joining thesis when he told me one of their quads dropped. “Wouldn’t that be hilarious if I just showed up to a rehearsal and just marched with thesis for the rest of the season!?” 4 days later, I was asked to show up to a rehearsal and march with thesis for the rest of the season. Do I recommend marching BOTH an independent and a school group at the same time? Absolutely not, BUT everyone at thesis was so incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home very quickly. It was really terrifying joining thesis in the beginning especially considering my unusual situation but it was because of the amazing people there that I kept going! Also sorry there’s like no pictures of me with the whole group except that one with a bunch of kids from Saratoga or something! Thank you thesis for everything. I’ll be back. T’s up :)💡

ALSO thank you so very much to the amazing photographers (@steventanginx, @bwuayden__wee and probably others) that took these pictures. I have no idea why Instagram makes them look so bad lol by @lyleelster

So incredibly honored to finally show you all the 2022 Blue Devils B Quadline! These are 3 of the most amazing people I’ve ever met and are all legendarily spectacular at what they do. I’m ridiculously excited for you all to see us and the rest of the corps absolutely throw down this summer 💙😈 by @lyleelster

Thousands of hours of practicing later, it’s done. This was hands down the most fun I’ve ever had in my life. If there’s one thing that this season taught me is that the word “family” isn’t just biological. I’m happy this family grew together. We killed it let’s do it again sometime 😉👀 by @lyleelster

I said I’d make a more legit post so this is that!
I had one of the best days ever with @thebluedevils at their family day! I’ll never forget it! Thanks to the C Corp Quadline for being such great people and making my first and last day in the job of C Corp quad tech so fun! And to the A Corp quad line. Oh my gosh, I wish I could be half as cool as any of you, and thanks for letting me hang with you guys basically all day! For the 2020 season there’s one open spot for the quadline, so I better get to work! You guys are the best!
