I am extremely proud to unveil our new Lympstone Manor hotel film.

It’s hard to believe that it is only a little more than six years ago that we were first able to welcome you to Lympstone Manor Hotel: the realisation of my longstanding dream. It is strange, yet to me it already feels as if Lympstone Manor has always been here.

Dreams never stop and I am proud of all the progress and the new enhancements and features that we have been able to build on since opening.

I urge you, like me, to never stop dreaming. With hard work and dedication, your dreams will come true, too.

A big thank you to @alltoldcreative for capturing and creating our ‘Timeless’ film.

The first taste belongs to the sea. The rest to Devon in autumn.

At Lympstone Manor, Michael Caines MBE follows the season from warm Lyme Bay lobster to roasted partridge with quince, Devon venison with chestnut and winter chanterelles, and honey from the estate.

🌿 Sustainability at Lympstone Manor

Set within the beautiful landscape of the Exe Estuary, we recognise the importance of protecting our natural surroundings, supporting our local community and preserving the estate for future generations.

From encouraging biodiversity through wildflower planting, rewilding and our estate beehives, to welcoming sheep into the vineyard for natural grazing, sustainability is woven into the way we care for our estate.

In our kitchens, Michael Caines’ philosophy of Terroir Cuisine celebrates the exceptional seasonal produce of Devon and the South West, working closely with local farmers, fishermen and producers, while taking a thoughtful approach to reducing food waste.

We are also proud to work alongside the National Trust to help protect our neighbouring natural habitats and the precious environment of the Exe Estuary.

As a member of Relais & Châteaux, our Sustainability Plan embraces the association’s ‘In Harmony with All Life on Earth’ commitments, reflecting our belief that exceptional hospitality and environmental responsibility should go hand in hand.
